Review 1：Very minor that the refrigerator was off balance and the closet smelled a bit but really no big deal.

Review 2：The Rome was a suite and was spacious and comfortable

Review 3：The internet access drops out and is slow. The toilet doesn't flush properly. Shampoo was not refilled. Floor slightly broken. Dinner selection could be better. Not all menu items were available (no Caipirinha).

Review 10：It is different from comfort suite where I stayed previously in term of size 57m2. That is huge!!!. The rooms and parlour are comfortable and hardly you differentiate between Standard, Luxury and VIP except the facilities inside the rooms. It is a great hotel to reside both short and long stay with value for money. The breakfast is superb..Kudos to HB hotel. The staff can speak English but not as much as expected.. HB Hotel is a HOME far awayfrom HOME.

Review 12：The Sequoia is very well located and it has great staff, however they need some upgrade for their cable TV service, they receive visitors from abroad, many "in-transit" ex-pats and yet the do not offer TV stations from abroad. Also the phone system needs some upgrade during my last two stays I had problems receiving international calls (this was reported to front desk staff). The restaurant also needs an upgrade, the setting and breakfast options are a bit oudated.

Review 13：The restaurant is a bit outdated and the service is not up to par. Also I requested extra pillows and it took for ever to arrive.

Review 25：It was not told that there was only one king size bed and not 2 queen beds. Staff showed little willingness to solve this problem, even though we were booking the most expensive room in the hotel. Everything sounded a little bit amateur.

I loose my lovely honey moon and this was so far the worse hotel that I stay in all my life.

Review 33：People lostly dont even understand english. Gym was outdated and partially broken. I was literally taken of the home trainer bike for violating an unwritten rule that it is opened only after 6am in the morning. That was no where written down, the room was open etc. Apparently they let the room underneath the gym to customers. I would not like to have that room (Noise!!!) The A/C did not heat the room, so it was very cold during the cold spell that happened while I was there. The room doors to the balkony had bad insulation against the street noise. The Carpet was old and not nice any more. The breakfast buffet was boring and low level. The floor around the buffet was sticking, no one, really seemed to car as it stayed like this all week. Overall not a recommendable place: Noisy, outdated, typical brasilian bureaucracy, bad food, low attention to the detail. never go there again.
