Review 1：I was traveling with a small dog and the hotel charged 28EUR extra for 1 night.

Review 2：Good location near the national part (good for walking and biking), good swimming pool, good breakfast, good WiFi.

Review 3：Nothing bad, only a suggestion : may be a small fitness room on the groundfloor near the pool and changing rooms could be an asset.

Review 4：We are regular customers, so naturally we like the place very much. The friendliness of the staff is wat charms us about the hotel, but of course also its quiet location and the excellent indoor swimming pool. Not to forget the excellent breakfast. Eating at the adjacent De Kristalijn restaurant is a feast by itself.

Review 5：NOT a kid friendly place. it is more for older people, not family with young kids. rooms are very small. def need a car. 8 euros for breakfast for 4 year old is too much!

Review 9：The room did not have air conditioning and we were very hot , a hotel of this standard should have some kind of cooling system . We also found some of the staff in the bar to be a little arrogant , we expect to be called sir , we don't mind waiting but a little word such as ( be with you in a moment ) would be a good thing for the bar staff to learn ! and we felt as if we were in the way too to be honest . When eventually the more mature waiter served us we were very happy with him and he made up for the other younger guys that clearly did not want to be working on a bank holiday .

Review 12：The extra bed was a TERRIBLE fold out couch that cost 47 euros. The site said it was 27, when I asked about it they said the increased cost was for breakfast!!!! 20 euro for breakfast!!!! The bed was so bad my daughter had a backache the whole next day!!!!

Review 21：Rooms are a bit small. We stayed in this hotels twice in the same week and we asked for a bigger room for the second stay which we were given at no extra cost. If you're travelling with young children the rooms can be a bit small. Other than that nothing to complain about.

The requested kingbed were 2 small one person beds! The hotel facilities and location deserve the 4 star rating but the rooms 1 max! Also the towels are old!

Not keen on glass door with hole for handle to bathroom.Also no advertised price for dogs although it said they were welcome and I thought the charge of 28 euros per night just to allow the dog in the bedroom to sleep was extortionate! Free parking - twochargers for electric cars, free internet (a bit weaker signal in thelower floor where our room was). A great bar and best coffe ever. Wideselections of beer, kind stuff. Also with great big swimming pool andsimpatic sauna (free). The hotel is very quiet located (perfectly forcar travellers). Around the hotel huge golf area. Totally recomend!!! Wewish to stay another day, but the there was no more "specialdeal" on Booking.com, so we had to go...

Review 111：It was in a very good location for the purpose of our visit, which was to go to the Manifesta biennial in Genk. I was slightly alarmed by the fact it was in the middle of a golf course, not being a golfer, but reassured by a warm and courteous welcome, a swim in the pool, and lots of help getting to the Manifesta site which was just a couple of km away. Supper on the terrace was delightful.
