Review 1：Parking price is expensive compared to the public parking right next to the hotel (12.- instead of 8.-). And the receptionist didn't even tell us when we arrived at the hotel. So we found it out when checking out, and they didn't even excuse themselves or tried to find some arrangement. The hot bath was quiet crowded, as external people from the hotel can come there as well. For the residents of the hotel there is no locker, so best come directly dressed for the bath, which is not particularly nice if you are located in the annex, as either you have to go through outside, or the underground parking, which is also very cold, and the way is much longer. No kettle nor fridge in the room, so I had to go to the bar (in the main building) to get some hot water for a medicine.

Review 2：The hotel is very nicely located, very close from the ski lifts, as well as shops and restaurant. If you are looking for a nice one for a special occasion, The Crans Ambassador was very nice. Staff was rather friendly (except for the bit with the parking price), and helpful to find us a nice restaurant. The hot bath was very nice, and pleasant after one day of skiing. The room was very spacious, with a very big and rather private balcony. Wifi is free. A lot of common areas where you can play pool, or other provided games, or simply relax. Very good breakfast with a lot of choices (but no bacon, only scrambled eggs)

Review 4：Very friendly and helpful staff. Large room with spacious balcony. Nice breakfast and dinner. Very good public transport for day trips.

Review 5：One very rude staff. Facilities are old and some did not work. Hot water pool was cold. Crans-Montana is a tourist trap, where tourist support the rich inhabitants.

Review 7：A lovely hotel, with all necessary comforts, a short walking distance from the Centre. The view from the balcony was stunning, I strongly advise to take Deluxe rooms facing south, although they are a bit more costly. Every Sunday th hotel management hosts an apero for newly arrived guests, which is a nice touch. The hotel actually looks much better than the pictures on the websites.

Review 8：The rooms are not very isolated and noise from other rooms and corridor (specially in the morning) can be disturbing. Some amenities in the bathroom would be a nice to have.

Review 32：This hotel was a very good surprise for us since it has every facility a family would need. It is practical, it has the most amazing staff and the free access to the welness area is just what we wish for after a day of skiing.

Review 33：The breakfast. We arrived at 09.15 and the breakfast didn't finish until 10.00 but most things had run out (bread, fruit, scrambled egg, cold meat, cheese) and were not replenished.

Review 44：The hotel has a parking garage. It is quite convenient, but not suitable for medium to large sized cars. We had a VW Tiguan and had trouble finding room for it .

The hotel even has a playroom for small kids and a arcade for older kids. What was ok (medium) The breakfast was ok, nothing too impressive. Dinner in the hotel very good, but quite pricy. The rooms clean and neat, but starting to come of age.
