Review 1：the AC was not working properly. The printing on the dials was worn and difficult to read to accurately regulate the temp.

I did not get any sympathy from the other gentleman on day two. Just a grandiose statement that the room was very attractive and there was great demand for it. As a result my valuation of the staff in general is not very good but mediocre at best.

Review 20：As I mentioned in my review to staff, the only inconvenience was the small, low toilet. Most toilets now are "comfort" height or almost chair height for easy use especially by seniors. Along with this there should be at least one grab bar for assistance at the toilet.

Review 21：My wife and I in our 70s were looking for a more seniors-oriented facility. This Sudbury site was perfect, especially being near the hospital where I had appointments. The breakfast was very good and the front desk friendly.

Review 24：They, without request from me, accommodated the needs of my handicapped partner. There was no slamming of doors like so many hotels are prone to. The usual air conditioning humming from other unit was present but other than that, It was probably the quietest hotel that I have ever stayed at. Even the other guests seemed sensitive to everyone's need for quite. I could not hear anyone in the hallways even though was right next to the entrance from the main desk. The buffet self-serve breakfast was very good and plentiful. I find that all hotel desk staff is very good at the hotels that I stay at but this hotel's staff were way above all the others. I did not think that was possible but they really made me feel welcome and valued. I tip my hat to all 3 that I had interacted with.

For a few days, in conjunction with a conference, I stayed in Spartan quarters, and when I returned to the Travelway after the first day's visit, I said, "I'm coming home!"

The complimentary breakfast is a welcome addition as it starts the day without having to hunt for a restaurant as soon as you get up.

Review 90：My husband sat on the chair in the room and it was broken and fell over. Went to the front desk to report it. The next afternoon when we returned, the chair had not been fixed or replaced, but propped up on the wheels. Went back to the desk to report, but nothing was ever done. This is a health & safety issue. Secondly, the bathtub was filthy with soap scum. Obviously had not been cleaned in awhile. I have stayed in this hotel several times over the last few years, and this was the first time I have not been satisfied, not only with the room, but the non-caring attitude of the staff. Very disappointing.

Review 91：We booked this hotel on line because it was the closest to the hospital. When we were checking out the gentleman told us that we could not get the medical discount because we had book on line and not directly with the hotel. He was very nice about it and did give us his card so that we can call the hotel direct, next time, which will be in a couple of weeks, for more treatment.

Review 92：The Sudbury Hospital is just across the road from the hotel so we were able to park our car at the hotel and walk up to the hospital for treatment. Free breakfast was super, the best we have ever had in a Canadian Hotel. Staff were friendly, always willing to help. Blue box in our room also for coke cans, etc.
