Review 1：During my visit there was time that hotel was without manager and all degraded to very poor service, hygene especially in food. I was amazed how hotel with 4 stars can not find forks for lunch and people have to wait. No body is analyzing bottlenecks in order to improve situation. Morning you wait 15 min on que to make your coffe because the only source for hot water for tea is coffee machine !!!! Pitty for excellent nature in surrounding. Poor service and bad managment is destroyng good things.

Review 2：The elevators were a little slow in the morning and evenings, but i didn't mind taking the steps (good workout). The public bathrooms need to be cleaned better, especially the ones by the water park. The last thing i noticed was that the restaurant managers or supervisors were rude to the waiters and bar tenders. I'm Bulgarian and could understand the language and their behavior. These boys and girls seemed to work hard, they get no tips and no motivation...

Review 3：I spent wonderful 6 days at this hotel.It is well kept, the staff was polite with small exceptions. The swimming pools were very clean, the beach was well kept and sea water - clear. There were many rocks in front of the other hotels, but not this one, so we were grateful and enjoyed it as much as we possibly could. I was a little nervous after reading all the negative reviews about Andalusia Hotel, but we didn't have negative experiences. The food was good and there was plenty. There always was tables in the all inclusive restaurant. The seats outside are not many, however inside there always was available tables. The was no lack of sunbeds by the beach and by the pools. I loved the water park as well. The hotel room was nice and clean and cleaning ladies used to change our towels, leave us free bottles of water. The hotels is kids and families friendly. I would definitely go back there again! I'm Bulgarian, my husband is American and we both had a blast.

Review 4：We've been traveling a lot but we never came across such a great place to stay. Everything is great. The rooms, the food, the staff, the location. Everybody is working to make you have a great time and they are easily succeeding. Amazing!

Review 5：Overcrowded, lack of hygiene, shortage of towels(!), facilities originally designed to accommodate far fewer people, low quality food, general lack of staff motivation. Our thiird - and decidedly last - stay at the complex since 2010 because of the apparent downward overall trend
