Review 3：Staff don't speak any english. Although advertised as pet friendly the american suite rooms do not cater for dogs, this was not clear. Parking was not free.

Review 5：One of the few places where we could be comfortably accommodated with two adults and two children in a hotel, but with a two bedroom apartment layout. When we arrived the rooms looked a bit basic but then I appreciated that everything was very clean and freshly painted.

Review 6：When turn on the light in bathroom, the AC was turned on automatically, noisy! The balls in ground floor is huim, table tennies and snoker was broken.

Review 27：Breakfast was excelent. Localization of the hotel and dimension of apartment as well the availability of the small kitchen was excelent.The room was very clean. Helpful and friendly staff.

Review 28：Rooms to street are loud from early morning and into the night, room walls are thin (for people who like it calm). Pool Area is a bit small and could be designed better and taken care off a bit more.

Review 30：None of the staff speaks any English, so it was difficult to communicate. There were gaps around the door or the walls were very thin and you could hear EVERYTHING going on in the hallway. The bed was pretty hard, and the "king" size bed was just two twin beds pushed together and covered with a mattress pad. The breakfast was pretty good but the eggs were too runny.

Review 31：The room was very clean. The shower had great water pressure and hot water that lasted through multiple showers. The sink also had hot/warm water. The design of the closet is good, and allows many things to be stored in a small space.

Review 36：I did not like the waiting time for the services. When I asked anything at the restaurant, I had to wait for a pretty long time. So, the services (the waiting time for them) were not so good.

Review 38：I bought a luxury room and at Booking was written "Offers a fully equipped kitchenette and separate lounge area". This room DOES NOT EXISTS. I asked to the manager and he said that Booking had changed the information... unbelievable. All food and drinks asked at the bar took 40 min to be delivered and the parking cost is R$ 40 a day - value not informed at Booking.
