Review 1：The room and bathroom was not clean, hair on the floor, in the tub and on the dresser.Desk staff at check in and check out were not friendly or helpful. The building smells very strong cigarette smoke.
Review 2：The evening staff, an African -Canadian gentleman was very help full and was just a delight.

Review 13：Two lights didn't work initially but the staff replaced the bulbs promptly. Few amenities like bar soap and no hair dryer available. We could smell the smoke in a non-smoking room. The hallways reeked of cigarette smoke.

Review 17：I was on the ground floor which was very noisy both with the parking lot and noise from upper floor movements. Shower curtains was a bit soiled as well on the first day and even after cleaning the following day it was still the same - which was my major low point.
Review 18：The room was quite spacious and bed comfortable. Breakfast being available at a very early time was very convenient as well. The location allows for easy access to other amenities. Staff was quite courteous I loved that there was a microwave and fridge in the room.

Review 47：I actually enjoyed my stay there. From the moment my son & I walked in the staff were very friendly & accommodating. I usually stay elsewhere but the city was booked solid. In my 3 weeks traveling around with my son & some very nice hotels I slept the best at this hotel. It was clean & very quiet. It is not for someone looking for luxury, but definitely comfort. Close to shopping & nice restaurants.Great value for money. Oh & my son couldn't have been happier with their flat screen tv & fast internet for his xbox.
