Review 1：did order a full size bed and got 2 single beds, BEDDED ON ROLLS, that were put together...unidentifiable dots on the plaster around the toilett and dust on/in well known places... a horrible wastewater smell from the outside and breakfast got billed tho i had none ...since im all about it now - the TV had a bad res. as well. all in all i will not take a step in there again.

Review 3：Unfortunately the restaurant was in a moment of transition, but the lack of choice in menu/wine was very well compensated by the very friendly attitude of the staff.

Review 4：The hotel lies at a beautiful park with a little lake which gives you the impression to be in the middle of nature although in the city.

Review 5：Bar shut on a Saturday night at 11.30 yet advertised until 12. Many people still there. Problem is the bar shuts if the restaurant is quiet! Not acceptable.

Review 8：everithing absolutely perfect. Very relaxing stay even during a work week.The room was wide, nice, zen with a large balcony with view on the park and the lake... the bed extra large and very confortable. Excellent soundproofing. Excellent breakfast. Excellent restaurant inside the hotel and also an other excellent restaurant just around the corner. A shopping mall just in front of the hotel.

Review 9：Breakfast was far too expensive and the variety limited, Wifi connection was poor, bed was not double but instead two twin beds put one next to another.

Review 10：Modern spacious room, nice bathroom with separate WC, very good and green location next to a lake, really nice restaurant and cafeteria where you could eat/drink outside on a warm day, very kind staff, private parking.

Review 13：Our son had since weeks a confirmed booking in the sisterhotel . Thesimply overbooked and send him here . Now we had 2 rooms with lake view.Non of the rooms had actually lake view . One looked on a roof, we had abig ac unit in front of he window. So they moved our son a floor higher,but not us, as they claimed there were no single bed rooms available onhigher floors. In fact our son got a room with single beds . Friendlybut untrained an confused staff.At night we discovered that a big outside lamp ( next to the AC unit ) was directed to our window . The room was as bright as in the day. As he AC was not working , we had to open the window ( and curtains ) to cool the room. We called reception and asked if they could kindly turn off this light . We were told it would automatically turn off at 23H. We called again et 23h30 and were told it would turn off soon. We called again at 1 a,m, and were told that nobody could turn off this external lamp. We got angry and demanded that they send somebody up to help us change the room . In view of so much work for them, they turned off the lamp. Next night same procedure. Only after getting very angry, they turn off the light. Right under our room a party for car dealers got louder by the hour, At midnight furniture in our room was shaking, the noise unbelievable. At 2.am we moved in to our sons room, a floor higher, but it was not much better. It shows that the management does not care once you have paid. Many other things happened but who cares ! We were told that our complaints would be passed on to the management and that we would be contacted. We are still waiting and will probably wait forever. We left the hotel and moved 6 km to a nice hotel Stay at at M. ( short for Misery ? ) at your own risk.

Review 14：The reception at arrival was helpful.

Review 15：- bar was closed when we returned to the hotel after dinner at 11.30pm on a saturday. No mini bar in the room. No machine. No bottle of water in the room or anywhere... - no hot water in the shower in the morning. Reaction from receptionist : indeed not nice. But we paid the full price and no solution... - breakfast in the morning was very unprofessional and not well organised. Empty jars & trays on the buffet - Parking in front of the hotel was 10 € for a night. I can fully understand the need for that in a crowded city for underground parking, but just outside in front of the hotel ?

Review 17：Smokers stood at front door to smoke, so non smokers had to walk through a cloud of smoke to get into the hotel. Grout in shower area around taps and tiles in shower area were notvery clean.

Review 47：great location for our purposes as we race at Genk Karting.Decent rooms for the price although we didn't have breakfast in the hotel as plenty of cafes etc around.Hotel restaurant is very good and also the steak house adjacent the hotel which serves a mighty Aberdeen Angus steak. Genk offers plenty of shopping as well

Review 48：Concrete construction with poor phonic isolation. Premises that were probably refurbished but rather poorly. Hotel's parking lot is very small and charged and if full, you have to park on a public site next door, which is very full too since it's a touristic area.

Review 62：The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. We stayed there for our shopping trip to Maasmechelen. It is nearby public transportations. We booked a junior suite because there was no other options available online. The hotel staff asked us whether we need to change to standard room which is still available and cheaper. Of course! We're there for a night, not for luxury. I'm really happy with the overall experience. Like their Loby design as well. Clean and modern.

Review 63：Not quite the hotel I was expecting. I booked it as a nh chain hotel,but somewhere along the line its changed brand but was not told...Parking was messed up on the Sat night but the area seems safe enough topark elsewhere - maybe you want to clean outside bathroom windows, 10years of bird crap nearly falls in if you open the window! Booked a lakeview room - chop 20m off of the trees outside and maybe the lake isvisible....! Pretty disappointing really........

Review 64：The lobby bar area was under renovation; the hallways and elevator had asewer odor. The room had some furnishings and wood-work that could usesome freshening up.I could recommend after renovations are complete.

Review 65：The location is very nice. It was convenient for our purposes, an eventat C-Mine, shopping at Maasmechelen and sight seeing in Maastricht.Our room was very large and had a nice view of the lake, the bed was very comfortable.

Review 69：Cute young Belgium brunette other then her the hotel was a disgrace, webooked in the senior delux room which was freezing cold as the heatingwasn't working, they changed from m hotel to Nh hotel but sadly theydidn't update things which lead to more dis satisfaction eg room serviceinformation....the gym was shut down even though online it said therewas a gym to use, they advertised free wifi which is a lie, we movedfrom the senior delux room to a smaller room as the heating system wasworking but in the evening it was even colder as the door to the balconydidn't close properly. The electrics kept fusing so the heater they gaveus was useless, in general I was really dissapointed, I went over toBelgium for a operation and needed 3 days to rest which wasn't the casewith stayed at m hotel/ Nh hotel,
