The restaurant and lounges are spacious and are an ideal area to relax in. The ‘Carnotzet’ and the Chaudron Bar are warm, cozy and decorated in the traditional Valais style.

Review 1：The only thing I would suggest is adding a magnifying mirror in the bathroom.

Review 2：The room had everything I could want -- a fabulous view onto the Alps, comfortable bed with outlets next to where you sleep for plugging in all the gadgets we always have, nice bathrooms, and very helpful staff -- they even gave us rope and a cutter for securing some things onto the roof of our car.

Review 5：Very friendly and helpful staff : three sisters are the owners-managers and one of them (+ their staff) are always available to make things go smoothly. Private parking (no extra cost) and free Wi-Fi in rooms and lobby. Short walk or ride from center of Crans and/or Montana. Recommended!

Review 9：I was given an upgrade to a superior room that was large and very comfortable, with a big window overlooking the mountains. I had a car to get around, but later I figured out you could walk within a few minutes to a small lake with eating areas and lots of activities for families. It's very peaceful and the staff are super friendly.

Review 23：We have spent a wonderful week at hotel la prairie (family of four + grandparents). The hotel staff were extremely friendly, helpful and kind. We felt welcome and at ease with our children able to enjoy the large and welcoming bar/restaurant area downstairs. The breakfast was exactly what you'd expect from a ski resort hotel: generous buffet and very proficient service. The family room was very spacious, with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The balcony was a bonus too. All in all a very pleasant stay and we are already thinking of next years visit!
