Review 1：No WiFi in rooms. Really bad breakfast. The bad in the room haven't been done in no day of our stay. The minibar was empty.

Review 9：One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the private parking facility, but when we arrived they told us to park the car on the street because it's safe. We didn't accept that, so they checked their garage and they let us park our car inside. (there were at least 3 free parking places inside).

Review 19：The pool was closed, we were in Nessebar in the beginning of May, this is probably considered out of season. The places for private parking (as stated in the offer) are limited, we insisted to get one, but there are public parking places near the hotel.

Review 20：The location is very good, near to old city Nessebar, 10 minutes walking. It is far from the beach but in May you don't need that, we wanted to visit Nessebar, Sunny Beach and Sozopol. We enjoyed the bowling. Clean, new facilities, large apartment. Breakfest medium for the money paid.

Review 21：- Parking wasn't available on site, albeit we've chosen this hotel especially for this feature. - WIFI available only in public spaces is a minus. - They practically are slaveholders: we were served by the same waitress from 8 am until 10 pm, four days in a row.

Review 29：We have stayed in this hotel several times and with every year it has been getting worse. Once modern and clean, the hotel is turning into rubbish with so many things requiring repair. What they did to the Internet connection this year is an utter disrespect for clients - even wired connection in the room barely works! They are now focusing on Russian tourists and stopped caring about quality at all – even staff at reception all have to speak Russian now, which was rare several years ago. The breakfast has reached the bottom this year with only relatively edible things being eggs, muesli and yoghurt (and occasionally a piece of some fruit). This quality of food is simply unacceptable for a hotel that claims to have 4 stars. Our personal trouble this year was that upon arrival we were given a room which was completely opposite to what I expressly ask for while booking (turned out no one bothered to read my comment in the reservation request made via booking.com). We got the room on the 1st floor with a common terrace, which is not that bad but leaving the “balcony” door open at night made us uncomfortable as anyone might just enter from the terrace. After several complaints we were finally moved to a higher floor and that’s where the fun began – we were not aware that the top floor of the hotel is so terrible, as we usually stayed on middle floors. First of all, it smells (probably due to the swimming pool on the roof). The walls are so thin that you hear what the neighbors are talking about. In addition, the floor in the bathroom desperately needs repair as the tiles are nearly coming off, and we found mold in the corner. We decided to stay only because the room was generally more or less clean and we didn’t stay inside most of the time anyway. And a high floor was what we asked for in the first place :) - who knew…. To sum up, we were returning customers but will not be returning any more, as there are no signs that the hotel will get any better soon.

Review 30：1. We like the location,but some may think it's too far from the beach. 2. Large shower cabin - a rare thing on the Bulgarian coast for some reason. 3. Sun bathing area on the roof. 4. Tea making facilities in the room. 5. Daily changing of towels (though it is a must for a 4-star hotel).
