Review 1：It is a good hotel, but it could improve in small things that bothered me. They provide the room with only one towel for each guest. The bathroom wall had holes in it probably because they put the mirror in the wrong place.

Review 11：Charged wrong amount and could not reversed by machine. Without consulting me even though I was still staying there, manually charged again not the difference but whole amount into my credit card. Now I need to pay for both amount and credit card company needs two months to refund the wrong amount to me.

Review 13：It is the first time I joined this hotel, really nice, close to the Shopping Center of Caxias, good gym, good pool and good restaurant.

Review 14：The hotel facilities are good. Since its under a reform, a shower space showed uncleaness filled with lots of black spots. This room should not be offered for guest/stay.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel.
