Reviews for easyHotel

Review 1:The hotel charged money for literally every amenity you could possibly imagine; that would include bag storage, cleaning, towel change, cups for tea. The room looked more like a closet, with not enough space to move around comfortably even when alone in the room. All that was accompanied with the staff saying that we're lucky to have found a hotel for a $100 per night

Review 2:Location was close to the museum and public transport

Review 3:The room would be too small for a prison cell. And although it was around New Year, the price is too high for that.

Review 4:The staff was friendly and helpful.

Review 5:room is REALLY tiny - not literally, but there is really no other space in room than bed and bathroom. there is no tables, chairs, even no place to sit on, so we were sitting on the floor. And also in bathroom after shower no matter how careful you were, floor is all wet.

Review 6:bed is nice, hotel is pretty cheap and location (just few steps from Tipspot Arena) was perfect

Review 7:No place to put your stuff on - not even a nightstand. No glass (or sth like that) for water. No shower gel or shampoo. After showering, the water is all over the bathroom. Someone has left the window open before mine arrival and the room was freezing - but the heating isn't very powerful therefore it was cold all the night. Garbage under the bed.

Review 8:- If you wanted to stay longer during night it is not the best option. You have to take transport.

Review 9:- staff attention was excellent. They offer us guidance to have lunch in near restaurants (cheaper than in center)... - Rooms were really clean. White sheets. They are small, no tv or other appliances, but we do not have problems with that. Ok. - It is near to a really beautiful park, I do not remeber its name. - Near a train station, next one after the centre's station (Budapest-Prague)

Review 10:We had an incident. One day, when we came back we entered our room without using the card because apparently the maid left it unlocked accidentally. Everything was in place though, so we said nothing!

Review 11:Everything was above expectations!

Review 12:No heating, really cold. smell of mustiness everywhere. But it is okay if you are staying there just for a couple of nights, not suitable for longer stays.

Review 13:Nice location, good value for money.

Review 14:The hotel is close to the metro station, on the other hand the bilding is easily accessible by walking. Every room has just the necessary, that' s a fair point for what you pay! I appreciate mostly that I had a private bathroom for a price that usually allows you just to share it with other guests

Review 15:Liked everything, but please be aware that this is a budget hotel - so they provide very clean rooms but some services you will not find - like tv etc.

Review 16:Very very friendly staff. I cannot stress this enough. They went out of the way to help me - whether it is to get a cheaper taxi or to show me the location etc. Very clean. I will definitely try easy Hotels in other towns also.

Review 17:only toilet cover was broken. Did not miss no tv or minibar.

Review 18:It's surrunded by unrenovated Prag, railways. No unnecessary thing, but room was quiet because to the backyard.

Review 19:- It was the worst expiriance at this hotel room was again empty and nothing there such us television or some picture on the wall- but the main problem was the shower OMG i saw something like that only in Egypt when right behind the shower curtain you have electric plug and hairfan - If i did some bad move while showering it could killed me - the watter was everywhere on the floor even in the room as there is nothing between shower and toilet to keep the watter inside the shower just plain floor - i am quite sure someone should call health and safety for this hotel

Review 20:- Staff was nice and friendly and hotel is clean

Review 21:The key from reception desk is needed to open / close the window in the room. Waiting time for the invoice - 2 weeks, no possibility to receive in on site. No breakfasts, even no snacks.

Review 22:WiFi OK. Hotel was located close to my destination point. Easy access from the airport by taxi.

Review 23:quite expensive and you need to paid for everithing : - paid for let the baggage some hour in baggage room (5 euro by baggage)before to have access to the room - paid fot let the baggage in the bagage room (5 euro by baggage after you leave your room) - acces times to the room very late (15:00) - leave times early (10:00)

Review 24:it's clean and new and good position

Review 25:The room is really slow. One had to leave early to allow the other one to get dressed. There is no parking spot in front of the hotel. The parking personnel did not know English.

Review 26:The place was close to tram-metro stations. The crew was very helpful.

Review 27:- as last time room very basic no improovement there - feeling like in cage empty room no decorations no tv just empty walls you will feel depresed in the rooms

Review 28:- friendly staff - clean

Review 29:Bathroom just floods when you have a shower which is what others have expirienced in the past.

Review 30:The room is clean and very close to local transports. Price is cheap. Location wise it does take you about 30-40 mins walk to go to the centre with the tram it probably takes around 20 mins.

Review 31:Sadly housekeeping seems a little slack. We were there for 6 nights and sheets were never changed. Room is so basic it makes prison look comfortable. But again if you book this cheap like we did for £20 pppn then can't really complain. It's warm and safe and great location.

Review 32:It's location next to the park and metro line was great! Staff are nice and 24 hour desk. If you book it for £50 or less for 2 people then it's ok but don't pay more. It's a baron room no tv no cubbords etc.

Review 33:Our experience started really bad. The receptionist was a really cute girl, but it is not enough to be good in what she was doing. She was kinda scared, closed, talking very quietly. The first surprise was to pay 5e deposit for each luggage left in the warehouse. You cannot close the windom in the room, so when winter comes, it must be cold in there. They also tell you to pay for cleaning your room and chaning towels. The toilet splash was broken. Another thing is check in/out time. 3 pm to 10 am day! It's some kind of monopolistic standard. I recommend paying extra 10 euro for a better hotel.

Review 34:Of course, it is probably the cheapest hotel in Prague close to the city centre that gives you the room with your own bathroom. In general, it is clean and looks cosy.

Review 35:very small room.

Review 36:Hotel is small and has very small rooms without furniture, there is only one bed and 3 hangers on the wall. Bathroom is very small, but enough to comfortably have a shower. Everything is very clean. The staff is very friendly and speaks english. This hotel is very cheap and has great location, to get to the city center you need approximately 15 minutes with tram, also 2 metro stations are in about 200-400 meters distance. In the rooms there is high speed wi-fi. absolutely recommend this hotel for budget travelers.

Review 37:- very basic room it was like in some mental institution nothing in the room at all they have enough money to buy at least some decoration and TV very depresing place

Review 38:The room was clean.

Review 39:I think the hotel needs to expand toilet and shower facility because there was only one toilet and shower room. If there is many customers, it would be very inconvenient especially at early morning. Except that, the hotel is very good and reasonable.

Review 40:The staff was very kind and helpful. Stable wifi connection and very quiet area and close from the subway station.

Review 41:Shower heads left much to be desired and the floor of the bathroom flooded during each use in both my friend's an my bathrooms. Luckily the bathroom has a lip that prevent the water from escaping out of the bathroom.

Review 42:5 min walk from trams Great value Friendly staff Easily accessible

Review 43:Well forget about using wifi in there. it's just awful.

Review 44:There was nothing much I liked about the place, it was just okay for the money I paid, especially when I couldn't get any other place for a decent price.

Review 45:Just one thing, I am not sure why I was taken money off my other card after I paid for my stay at the time of my arrival. I am searching for email or number but can not find any. Can you please return money on my other card? Thanks

Review 46:The location was a bit out of the town we had to get the red and greenmetro into the centre, it was also right beside a train track that wasextremely noisy and me and my partner both got terrible sleeps, thewater from the shower went all over the bathroom as it was just on thetiles, the rooms are tiny!!

Review 47:The staff where very helpful and kind from the day we entered till theday we left.

Review 48:If you want to have a hostel experience, but pay the normal price for aHotel, this is it.Despite being new, it is so poorly constructed and the rooms are so small, it is not practical. The shower curtain falls all the time, the soap they have from the Dispencer is disgusting. They charge for everything... towels, to have your room turned down, 10 EUR to iron a shirt (no iron to borrow). After multiple requests, I still haven't gotten my invoice.

Review 49:The bed was ok.

Review 50:1. Requested that the drain in my shower be fixed Thursday night, Friday night, and Saturday. It never was. 2. A business invoice was requested in advance; when I arrived I was told I would be unable to get one before I checked out. At check out there was no invoice prepared, and was told that a manager was needed to get one then and there. The staff agreed to email the invoice, and I'm still waiting. 3. Expect a demand for a refund.

Review 51:The room is very noisy due to trains, trams and high speed cars passing by. Staff was often impolite and the room lacked almost everything. Despite it being small, which is ok, there could have been at least some hangers, reading lights, shelves and other small furniture that makes life nice.

Review 52:Nice location, newly equipped rooms and cleanliness.

Review 53:the shower was terrible, check-in was at 3 and I paid 10 euros to check-in 1 hour earlier. you had to pay 5 euros even for leaving your luggage there. and there was no place just to sit down for a while to wait for check-in. there was no table, no chair in the room because there was not space for it. you go not into a room, but into a bed.

Review 54:wifi is not good, location is not that good but there is a tram station in front of the hotel and also a metro station 300m of distance.

Review 55:Cheap, good bed

Review 56:Bathroom - toilet is fine but shower is very very bad Paper walls - you can hear EVERYTHING from other rooms

Review 57:Very clean Good wifi Close to metro station and to ZOO

Review 58:The value rooms are just a bed and a small bathroom, but who cares, really? We went to Praga too see the city.

Review 59:Affordable hotel, clean and tidy. You don't have to pay you room months before you arrive, it's always cheap. Parking next to the hotel was also really cheap. The city is a half an a hour walk. The amazing Zoo is about 45 minutes, but I don't know the exact number, you can walk across a really beautiful park to get there, and on the island before the Zoo, you can find 2 great places to drink some excellent beer. The one that looks awful serves the better beer.

Review 60:If you want to sleep in a shoe box with no place to put your bag this is the hotel for you.a window that if you opened you could walk straight onto the street. And a rude head staff member.

Review 61:The shower is a bit poorly designed, and water ends up spreading on the bathroom floor. No real issues, though.

Review 62:Nice restaurants and cafes in the area. Cheap but not sketchy: they cut a lot of corners to keep the prices low, but in a highly professional fashion.

Review 63:We were charged €5 per bag to keep it in the hotel until check-in time. Check-in is only at 15:00 (late) and check-out is at 10:00 (early). We booked a double room and were given a twin room. One of our bedroom windows could not open. No surfaces in the room to put anything on. No cupboards in the room.

Review 64:There were no city maps available there, and the receptionist didn't know any informations about the Pub Crawl. But she was very helpful and looked up on Google!

Review 65:The room was quite small, but good enough for me and my sister. Everything was clean and organized. The hotel is far from the city center, but easy to reach by tram and metro.

Review 66:The room is a really small one with no shelves, even for a toothbrush, but having in mind the price we paid and the location, no space for complaining.

Review 67:The tram stops right next to the hotel and the subway station is just a few minutes away. The hotel is clean and tidy and the bed was great, really comfortable.

Review 68:The ac in the room didn't cool at all the first night we were there and because of the small space it got a bit suffocating. We told the staff who, though friendly, told us that the temperature cannot be individually controlled in the rooms. The second day, thankfully it rained and the weather cooled down so it was ok. They also charge a small amount extra to clean the rooms.

Review 69:It was a budget hotel so we were expecting it to be small. It seems a bit away from the town centre. Though we figured a shorter way to get to the castle and the main spots than what was told to us by the staff.

Review 70:It's really really really really really TINY! i would not mind it - if they had told me ahead. Just that i was surprised when i opened the door

Review 71:it's new and nicely decorated

Review 72:The room is basically a match box, where you have the bed and free space of 1m by 0.4m, to be called a hallway. The bathroom has no designated bathtub, so the water will be everywhere.

Review 73:Best price if you need only a place to sleep without fancy facilities.

Review 74:It was a bit far to walk to the places that we wanted to see, but it was very close to transit. The small rooms made it a bit difficult to get ready in the morning.

Review 75:We really liked how clean it was. And the staff were very friendly.

Review 76:Air conditioning was very poor in the room, and the staff could not assist in this matter nor did they have a fan we could use.

Review 77:Comfortable beds and close to both a train and tram stops, with easy access to prague 1

Review 78:The Staff was very competent and kind. The room was clear and comfortable. 500 metres next to hotel there is metro station: Nádraží Holešovice and we can go to The Old Town very fast. Greetings from Paweł to The Staff!!!!:)

Review 79:The room was super small that after entering you have to almost step into bed immediately. There was no space where to store personal items and clothes and also a super small window with a wall in front of it in about 50 cm distance.

Review 80:Cheap and clean. Comfortable bed.

Review 81:No real bad experience, but the location itself might be a bit difficult to find at first.

Review 82:The hotel had been newly edtablished when I stayed there, but was still a satisfactory experience. The bed was comfortable & you got great value for the price.

Review 83:WiFi was not reliable and it is an extra charge. Room was so incredibly tiny with the bed crammed into the corner with no side tables, again i think it would be comfortable for one person. I wouldn't stay here again, it seems to be more geared towards business people who are staying for a night or two.

Review 84:Good customer service at the front desk. The room was clean and the hotel was just up the road from the train station. 10-15 min train ride to get to main attractions and downtown area.

Review 85:We had a great stay in EasyHotel in Prague. We enjoyed our stay very much. The site is completely new, rooms are very nice and clean. We were treated like Kings by receptionists. Especially Miss Veronika.

Review 86:The room was quite small although the bed was very comfortable.

Review 87:Good location, nice standard (clean rooms, communicative staff)

Review 88:no kettle, no table in the room (they could at least install a folding table above the bed), loud pipes

Review 89:clean and tidy

Review 90:The staff was really friendly and helpful! :)

Review 91:The staff were helpful. Location seems a it off but it's really a few tram stations from the old town centre.

Review 92:The shower was not totally clean and the shower curtain didn't hold very well. The room was quite small.

Review 93:Good beds, nice staff and good Wifi

Review 95:Free upgrade

Review 96:Room is tiny

Review 97:Clean room, fast wifi

Review 98:Small rooms

Review 99:Room is very very small with no furniture except bed. I could hear people in other rooms.

Review 100:It was clean and cheap.

Review 101:Not a great location for the old town, rooms are small with no TV but that's why it's such a good price

Review 102:Clean, good shower

Review 103:Rooms are tiny, but equipped with comfortable beds and a decent shower. The location is good, you can get to places easily.

Review 104:Smaller than prison

Review 105:Stuff explain something

Review 106:Too small rooms, bad internet, unfriendly staff

Review 107:It was clean

Review 108:Just a small little soap in the bath top shawer will do no harm to the hotel

Review 109:The help of the front disk man

Review 110:noises coming from next room made me nervous

Review 111:comfortable bed

Review 112:Internet connection poor. Room basic

Review 113:Too small rooms. My request about early checkin was not processed

Review 114:Slow wifi.... no public area e.g. neither cafe/bar nor coffee machine....

Review 122:everything

Review 123:nothing

Review 126:The room was extremely tiny and the shower flooded at the first use!!!

Review 127:Nothing

Review 128:Staff and cleaning

Review 129:Needs a coffee machine

Review 130:12 square meters and quality mattress

Review 131:The smallest room in hotel history, noisy environment, stinks on chemical paints up to a point of getting dizzy

Review 132:Charging money for early check-in and storing the luggages in the hotel Hotel room incredibly small Pillow sheets stink
