Review 1：The beds were terrible. So uncomfortable and the pillows were like rocks...need replacing..

Review 9：My biggest problem with the room was the smell. When we arrived, the room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke and the long-term kind. The windows in the room were open so the staff were aware of the smell. When I complained, I was told they had just replaced the carpets and that was what I smelled. When I went back to the room, it was clear the carpets were not new as there were multiple stains. Additionally, the WIFI did not work; I had to go elsewhere to check a few things I needed to research which was very inconvenient.

Review 11：The room we booked was a two bedroom suite but the cups provided coffee etc were inadequate for the numbers the suite would accomodate.

We were very lucky to check in earlier than 3:00 since our room was ready ahead of time. The complimentary breakfast was on til 9:30 am, and there was a very nice selection of breakfast items. Review 71：It was very cold when we got there and I would assume the heat would have been previoudly turnef on knowing of our arrival. It took several hours to warm up. Also the soap left for our use was way to small and did not lather. I had to clean the coffee pot before using which was disappointing and figure out how to turn on the fridge. My daughter and I left early due to our disappointment in the overall experience. I was truly upset ESPECIALLY!!! when we made reservations and walked into these discomforts!
