Review 1：The hotel keeper is a very very kind person, friendly and attentive. We arrived on a very cold weather, particullary unusual for that side of Bulgaria. The hotel hosts done their best to make the athmosphere in the room very pleasant and warm. The breakfast was great, with various proposals each morning. The hotel have also a good position - in 10-15 minutes walk you are in the famous center of the Old Nessebar. We had a very very great stay

Review 3：Marvellous hosts, Kris is fantastic and worked endlessly to make our stay very comfortable. Great junior suite with Vegas sized round bed, balcony on rooms looking out over brilliant pool and breakfast area. Our girls loved the pool and would be in before breakfast.

Review 6：Owner's hospitality is incredible. He was there every moment we needed anything. On the day of one of the futbol world cup matches he boiled 20kg of fresh mussels offering to guests for free.

Review 20：Definitely the owner! Such a guy! Very helpfull & welcoming, taking care personally of all his client, with a beautiful italian accent! He helped us to park our car (no free places near the hotel...) The room wasn't so huge but perfect for 4 people, very clean. There was a pool in the hotel, so nice after a day of visit, with lot of sunbathing, perfect to relax. The breakfast was very good, lot of choice, even figs from the tree of the hotel (they were so delicious!) The hotel is 10min from the Nessebar beach, and about the same time to Sunny Beach, and about 20min from the old town, very easy to go to these places. We will definitely go there again just for the owner Chris!

Review 21：The location is quite and close to the shops. Kris and the family are very nice people and helpful. Rooms were functional and air conditioned. The round bed was very comfortable and cool. Easy walking distance to Nessebar's old town and Sunny Beach. We recommend some dense-matt curtain for the windows because sun is very luminous in the morning.

Review 22：Everything was perfect, the host was very friendly and helpful. The room was as we asked for, with a round bed, clean. It was really close to the old town. The breakfast was rich, fresh and tasty. We would definetely come back to Hotel Italia !

Review 23：- Our room was quite small due to the huge rounded bed; passing through the hallway, we took a glimpse at another room and saw that it was significantly bigger than ours. Guess it's a matter of availability (and luck) which room you end up with. - Not that we are pretentios or something - breakfast was alright and all-you-can-eat type - but the orange juice was SO sweet, we couldn't take a sip of it. In our one-week stay, I can't recall a day when it wasn't overly sweetened. - Breakfast is served in the backyard, at the pool. If you're not an early bird, you'd find it difficult to get a table as soon as you arrive downstairs; there are only 7-8 tables but if you serve lunch around 8-8.30am you're sure to find a place.

Review 24：- It's a very nice and quiet hotel. We loved the backyard pool - wasn't that crowded as we thought it would be; water was slightly cold (no heating system) but not in an unbearable kind of way.Our room was cleaned up daily (usually the staff cleans it around 10-11am) and our towels were changed once every 2 days or so. It's a 10min walk to the beach and located near some great (and cheap) restaurants. - The owner was very friendly and helpful - WiFi in the hotel and at the pool - We were impressed by the hotel's fancy security. You really do feel safe and with no worries there. - I've read some comments saying that the bathroom is too small; well, our bathroom was quite big (compared to our room) - Overall, our stay was pleasant and we'd go again here.

Review 25：Staying at Italia hotel for the second time, we felt like visiting old friends. The hotel seems even friendlier than last year, very clean, excellent service, very quiet residential area and, most of all, friendly and welcoming management and personnel We will certainly recommend it to our friends and we hope to return next year..

Review 27：This is small comfortable hotel situated between two beaches - Sunny Beach and Nessebar beach on a calm street. The room is not large but confortable and clean. There is swimming pool and bar in the yard. The name of the hotel "Italy" reflects hospitality of the owner and staff and comfort of the hotel. The breakfast is very good.

Review 28：The towels have been changed not until we have asked for them afterthree days. We think, that the towels should be changed every day. Thecarpet has been vacuum-cleaned not until we have asked for it. In ourroom the air coming from the air conditon was stinking in the frist 10min from switching it on. It was stinking like in the toilet, but after10 min it was ok. The bathroom was badly ventilated. The steam from theshower stayed for a long time. Not only the steam stayed - also the"aroma" of certain things... (If you understand what I mean)

Review 29：We liked the pool in the backyard of the hotel. Actually just a fewpeople used it regularely (just like us), so it was quiet andcomfortable. The hotel is located in the center of the town just a fewsteps away from shops and restaurants, but still its the quiet part ofthe town. The owner of the hotel is very funny - mamma mia ;-) ,friendly and helpful guy. The breakfast was tasty - they offered goodchoice. Its a hotel for people who want to rest during the stay. Noparties in the hotel - just quiet. As it is a small hotel there is nochaos during the breakfast - you do not have to hunt for food. I enjoyedthe calm music during the breakfast.THANK YOU

Review 30：The staff was very polite and helpful, the atmosphere there is really relaxing and they take good care of that. When wished, there was always chilling music at the pool and one could just take a refreshing nap around it under the shadows, the pool bar was functioning all the time. I really liked that everything there was arranged with good taste and style, it was new and clean. The beds are also amazing, I was impressed by the round ones, just huge and very convenient. I had all I needed there for my careless rest and even more, didn't lack anything.

The pool of the hotel was clean, with good water (1.7 m), many beautiful plants and flower near the pool and also there were many beach balls, water matress & chaise longues 3. the breakfast was plenty of fresh cheese, ham, eggs, omlete, youghurt, fresh vegetables, coffee, tea, natural juice, many fruits served .... on the border of the pool ... wich was fantastic! 4. the ballance of the quality and the prices of the drinks from the bars (from the room and from the pool) was correct 5. the room looked like in the photos (big bed, AC, Led-Tv, Wi-Fi everywhere in the hotel/pool, minibar etc) For us was a succeed holiday and we recomanded Italy Hotel for everybody!

Review 33：If you travel by car, you may have some problems finding a parkingplace, since you'll have to leave it on the street.

Review 34：It's a very nice hotel, with very helpful and welcoming staff. The roomis cleaned every day and the breakfast, which is served by the pool isvery good (I recommend the cappuccino). As location, it is at about 10min walk from the beach and 15 min walk from the old town. Also, it isvery close from the commercial area and there are several goodrestaurants in the neighborhood. And also a very big plus, wi-fi worksperfect in the room and also at the pool.

Review 35：Italia Hotel offers you a good value for that money. The rooms arecomfortable and clean. Breakfasts are very rich and tasty. The personelis helpful. We really liked the owner, an Italian guy, who tried hisbest to make the stay there as pleasant as possible.
