Review 1：Food is not the best, but you can understand if they make it for over 1000 ppl. We could however always find something to eat. Elevators are overloaded, and parking is a bit chaotic, but if you ask the lobbyboys they will help you.

Review 2：Great view from the room to the seaside. Only choose a room with sea view if you want to stay in this hotel. Great beach and pool side, very nice park around the hotel. People from the hotel crew where friendly with us and helped a lot if we had questions. You can take a walk in the park, its very nice and in the evenings its very cool to walk around the beach and the park. The free aquapark usage is good, its not that big but you will enjoy it for sure. Our room was clean, the cleaners wanted to clean 3 times during our 1 week stay, they changed towels also 3 times. Pool is clean, the water inside is cold. The beach is half sandy half stoned, the sea water was clean and had around 25 celsius during our stay.

Review 3：The bathroom was very very moldy; the rooms were really outdated and disgusting; the food was pretty much the same and very very cheap; very very limited choice of drinks and the juices tasted like colored water; the WiFi was non existing most of the time (except around 7am) and was available ONLY near the reception; ABSOLUTELY NOT A 4* HOTEL!!!!

Review 7：All inclusive, but no choice at snack time, only a sausage roll and evrry day the same. The hotel policy is to change towels every 4 days, but we stayed there 5 days and never had ourttowels changed. Long ques at meal time. The pool aria was extremely dirty. For 5 days there we never saw anyone cleaning the pool aria or the pool itself.

Review 8：The fight with the russian families in the reastaurants it was a warplace, but if you accept it it will be much better. :D The wifi is poor but i was on the beach so i didnt care about it. :)

Review 9：Everything was excelent. The dishis, the room, the enviroment. I raise my hat before all of the staff. I would like to say special thanks to Irina in the Lobby bar, Ivan, Zsana, bearded basball hat guy (unfortunatelly i dont know his name but he was our best friend in our staying time) from the animation team. They all speak english and thay are so kind with us.

Review 10：Very old dirty chairs at the restaurant and lobby bar. Old and not well maintain sofa at the room. Not enough capacity of the elevators so it took much to do up and down. Most of the chairs at the beach were broken. Low quality staff

Review 29：The buffet was like running a gauntlet to try and get food, dangerous with small children. I found the coffee shop dirty and in kept. We only stayed for 2 days so we wee not able to use any of the other restruants on the complex as they had to be booked between 9-10 am which ment on the day of check in you cannot book. They have to be booked a few days in advance so this made it impossible

Review 33：food was horrible, the hotel does not provide any alternative to all inclusive meals and drinks, air conditioner in the room wasnt working, when we opened the window there was this horrible smell of food, staff is ignorant and unable to offer good service, bed was cheap and unconfortable, bath was dirty and ugly, no room service, no mini bar, at 8 in the morning nowhere to have coffee, umbrellas at the beach are exclusive of the All inclusive rate.

Review 37：The food and food facilities. The facilities and the staff were to little for guests number. For all reasonable dishes there were enormous queues. The children buffet is a fake. There were three kind of soups. One of them being permanently "Tarator" (may be 5-10% of guests tried to eat it). Almost all food products were low quality (price). We have had all inclusive but we decided to eat two times somewhere outside resort (good quality there) and to leave the resort one day earlier.

Review 41：Elevators are insufficient for a hotel of this size - geusts with youngchildren are pushed and squashed and are forced to use the stairs,although the restaurant is big, it is grossly understaffed and there ispushing and shoving at the buffet. The restaurant tables are dirty, foodfinishes often and waiting for self serve water takes at least tenminutes. Beachside amenities are insuffucient for the amount of guestsand double bookings always occur. When management is advised they simplydisregard complaints andignore customer feedback. Overall this hotel isgeared for cheap alcohol tourists and not for families. Our experiencewas dreadful and we had to leave the morning after we arrived.

Review 43：This has been advertised as a 4 star hotel..for me it was a 1 starhotel.My experience was horrible.as onother one guest described it..disaster,catastrophic.My holiday 1250 euros with flight which I workedhard to accumulate over a year ended up being a nightmare. The breakfastwas dirty, staff unfriendly and the managers couldn't give a dam.IThought of leaving the hotel without paying based on misrepresentation.The rooms were not sound proof ,my toilet was leaking atthe base and no one bothered to come take a look after complaining.WhenI requested for breakfast at 9.30 the staff informed me sorry itsfinished.No one bothered in terms on public relations..shouldn't Ihave also deducted money from the room charge.When I demanded to speakto the owners of the hotel,cause the manager didn't care I was toldthat no one knows who the owners are as they are mafia..this is theBulgarian tradition and culture..nevermind Bulgarian feta or yogurt.Whowill make up for my sour experience..really it was atrocious.I Willwrite up an article in the newspapers and make sure that they suffer asa nation with no integrity and corrupt way of stealing peoplemoney.Sorry but for me it was a huge scam.I Am already preparing aletter for the newspapers and blogging about this.

Review 45：The staff knew poor english, they were really bored or exhausted (with some exceptions at the reception). The free parking is no free parking (the hotel has it's own parking but you can't leave your car there - even if you want to pay for it). A little more organisation at the restaurant grill is needed to deal with the problem of the queues formed there (3-5 minutes of staying in queue for grill).

The sea view which i have paid extra for was actually a parking view with a small window between two hotels - 10 meters aprox.
