Review 3：The room was dirty and the woman at the reception wasn't kind. And she also gave the wrong information about cancelling the room to get the clinic discount. Gave us a lazy impression.

Review 17：Rooms are small. However I can only speak for my room. I had a single room, at the front of the hotel, next to the elevator (last minute booking) so a bit noisy very early in the morning from people leaving. Everything you need is available, bed was good, pillow ok.

Review 57：The room is very small. Towels are really old and don't dry of very well. The wardrobe are very high up, if you are a small person you can'r reach the hangers. Not sufficient shower products and not enough ventilation so the mirror is damped after taking a shower. No refrigerator.

If you need only to sleep one night its perfect. I also want to thank the staff of Booking for the friendly and professional help on the phone when i had to cancel the next night.

Review 61：There were a couple of things that let the hotel down. The attention to detail in the rooms was brilliant but the corridors and sign outside greatly let the look of the hotel down. The cleaning of the rooms was good however the soap dish had not been cleaned from the previous occupier of the room, you could tell that if the standards of cleaning slightly slip in the future then the rooms are not going to stay as clean and fresh looking as they do now

Review 70：Only one small criticism. The temperature control on the shower was weird. It started off bearable, but a bit hot, so I tried to turn it down. It got hotter. Then I couldn't turn the tap back. I did manage it in the end, but the tap which controls the temperature was very stiff and a bit difficult to turn. Once mastered, though, the shower was brilliant!

Review 71：Clean, modern, stylish and not expensive. The hotel has a central location and is easy to find, though we did have to drive round a second time to find the car park entrance. Once found, though, it was easy to use - up the ramp and round the back at first-floor level before going in through the doors to reception. There is a charge (5 euros, I think. I can't remember.) but it is well worth it for a secure car park. Great value for money. Great location. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

The reason we stayed in Genk is for Manifesta and the hotel is right beside the station which is just a bus ride away.

Review 73：Firstly do not book because of the photos it's kind of a lucky dip whatyou book wasn't what we got. It's not child friendly so don't take smallchildren I had to change my babies nappy on a reception floor becausethere was no change facilities on the main reception area. The lift isso slow that it takes about half an hour to unpack all the luggage fromthe car to the room. Our air conditioning in the deluxe room was a fan!And there was no room service.

Review 78：they charged us "tourist tax" which was not mentioned during the booking. Moreover, they printed it on the invoice as "service charge" and they added VAT on the tourist taxt which is illegal. We were not happy about this. We think it is a cheat and should be reported to authorities.

Review 79：I had initially booked a single room, but when I went to see it is was WAY too small- definitely a shoe box! No space for anything- I only had a hand luggage and I was struggling to move around the room. Hence, I decided to upgrade to a double room, which was of good size, and would recommend everyone to do the same. The double room as only EUR 9 extra per night, which was reasonable. The single room price should be adjusted in accordance with the (lack of) space! In my opinion, it should be at least EUR 25 cheaper than the double. Cleanliness of the room was "ok". I am not the type of person that pays too much attention to these things, but I did notice a few hairs around the sink which by no means were mine... also, they need to improve their "dusting" skills... Breakfast was too expensive (EUR15), especially when you get get a nice breakfast two minutes walk down to the main square for EUR 10.

Review 80：The double room is of good size, the room decor is very nice & modern. Bed is comfortable. Good shower. Good location- just 2 mins walk from the train station & main square. Free WiFi was fast. Good choice of TV channels for people who like watching TV... All in all, a good & comfortable 3 stars hotel, ideal for Business travellers or 1-2 nights stay.

Review 81：Parking costs 5 euro/night/car. First room with bad smell, but we gotimmediately an different room. One night shower was dripping, wasannoying. Bedside lamp didn't work and did also not get fixed. Mattressvery soft (but we slept great). No fridge in the room. All in all somedownsides but for the prize it is an ok hotel.
