Review 2：The hotel property is nice and big to workaround.

Review 3：The staff at the hotel reception were unprofessional in many ways. Our suite was not ready upon arrival and had to wait an hour and a half to check-in. During check-in they asked us for proof of legal immigration as if we were checking into a shady motel or looked like criminals. The showers have bi-polar behavior as you can't comfortably shower....It's like a Katy Perry song (Hot & Cold). Also, the facilities are due for some maintenance as the tiles in the suite along with couches and the furniture are dated and show wear and tear.

Review 15：Nice surroundings, with pool, hot tub and bar. Rooms were comfortable, not luxurious by US standards but better than I expected for Bolivia. Good quality wifi both in rooms and main reception.

Review 16：Pictures representing the Hotel are outdated. Buildings are old, fit and finishes are not there. Our bathtubs were old, cracked, mold on the grout. Definitely NOT 5 star....3 stars at best.
