Review 1：Our view was of pipes and walls in rm 348. But I guess we had privacy. NO need to draw the curtains.

Review 2：Restaurant on site was excellent service and meals. Close to the stadium. Rooms were a nice size. Beds were comfortable

Review 3：Very convenient location. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed sitting in the hot tub. Nice to have a restaurant (Ricky's) right in the hotel.

Review 8：The toilet/shower area is quite small. Could use a little more elbow room. The low flow toilet didn't flush well. Hotels are expensive in Regina for what you get.

Review 9：Overall hotel was clean and fairly quiet for being fully booked. We had a pool side room which we usually don't like to have because of air quality. But it wasn't that bad. The bed could use upgrading

Review 12：The rate we were given online was not what we ended up paying and no one bothered to tell us we weren't getting that rate. I had an appointment at the hospital early so my husband stayed and checked out later. As I was the one who booked the room, he did not know what the rate was that I had booked. I did not find out that the rate was higher until I looked at the bill on the way home- they had given us a room with 2 queens instead of 2 doubles so rate was over $10 more- we booked at that hotel specifically for the rate as we have had many medical appts in Regina and we're trying to save some money. The hotel could have at least told us we were paying more

Review 14：The attached restaurant needs some attention. It was slow, the food was not good, and to add insult to injury the power went out in the middle of the long wait. That wasn't there fault but it exagerated the slowness.

Review 15：The hotel was clean and friendly, the man caring for the pool area was thoughtful and diligent, the room was well taken care.

That's not very good when the previous week we stayed at the Travelodge up the road and they were more then accomidating. Especially with two young kids. Review 53：The housekeeping staff were friendly. By accident my little guy walked into the laundry area so the staff had a good laugh.

Review 54：I have stayed in Best western hotels for years always clean tidy wellpresented very formal and quiet except this was not that floors weredirty, had 4 dogs on our floor people running and screaming down thehallway it reminded more of a youth hostel than a high ranking hotel.

Review 55：Water is very warm in pool which is excellent with young children wishing to waterslide. They provided lifejackets which few hotels do. Lots of chairs and tables to sit at around the pool.

Review 56：The staff were not welcoming, but rather rude when I inquired about a room on a different floor. I forgot some stuff in the hotel and they promised to call me back but I have not heard back. The bathroom light is too dim at first and brigthens over time, leaving one in the dark initially. Maintance of this hotel is very poor. I would only recommend this hotel to those who want to use their pool and slide. The rest is very mediocre, including some of the front staff. The cleaning ladies were very warm.

Review 57：The only thing I liked about this hotel was the pool. And even there, the stairs to get to the slide are rusty and in very poor maintance.

Review 58：Room service breakfast. After30 mins I called down and was told they had gotten room number wrong and would bring my order up right away. I said it is going to be cold now and they replied that they had a fresh order. Less then 2 mins they were at my door. There was no way they could have made a 2nd order from scratch and get my food to my room. I had ordered their 5.99 breakfast of English muffin, egg, sausages and hash towns. I declined the meat and hash browns. The food was cold . My poached eggs were cold and hard not runny as asked. But because I needed to get on airport shuttle I could not wait for a 3rd order and lleft. I reported it when I checked out of the room as I wanted to look at my bill and noticed it had jumped in prices. I asked how a 5.99 becomes 13.99? I was told if you make changes to your order you automatically get the side order prices the a la carte ones!!! So I paid double for a meal I did not eat

Review 60：I did not like the position of the room (102) which was beside the icemachine and confection machines. It was also a heavy traffic area. Onthe 4th night an incredible amount of noise emanated from the machinesand someone running cleaners in the lobby. The fifth night someoneemptied the ice machine and when another person came for ice and didn'tfind any, he(she) banged the machine several times. I had asked for aroom near the lobby explaining about my mother's age (92), but the staffshould have been sensitive to the placement of the room. Also, I feelthis particular room should be discounted or a free night offered in anyBest Western Hotel. It was quite unpleasant. Thank you for yourattention.

Review 61：I liked the proximity to Pasqua Hospital as we needed to visit a friendthere. I also liked the presence of a wheelchair for my 92 year oldmother and a restaurant in-house as mobility was an issue.

Review 62：Beside train tracks, girl at check-in continued a silly conversation with a male co-worker while we stood there waiting. Pre-approval of $400 is absurd. Corridors are very dated, old carpet and wallpaper, horrible smell. Bathtub was tiny, toilet didn't flush, caulking was old and moldy, water pressure while showering kept changing. TV remote didn't function properly. Will not stay here again.

Review 66：I did not like the pre approval of more than the room cost. I can appreciate pre approval but to exceed what the room rate is , in my opinion is extortion. I did not like that there were children running up and down the halls shouting and screaming well past 10PM at night. I did not like the dog barking down the hall for well over an hour even after I had called the front desk to advise them.

Review 67：It was clean, had a restaurant attached and easy to get to main thoroughfares of the city. I would recommend the facility for familys or people who have pets. It might not be the best choice for someone who likes peace and quiet in the evening.

Review 68：Check in was fast, friendly and very professional! A loud bad mouthed guest came in and used the four letter word - lady at the desk checking us in handled him very well!

Review 69：House keeping tried getting into the room just after 9am to clean ourroom. I am sure that they have a way of knowing who has not checked outyet, 11:30 was check out time, let people sleep in.

Review 71：Vending machine just outside my room was noisy. The refrigerator in my room also woke me up as it was noisy when the compressor came on. You should provide a way to power off this equipment if the visitor does not want to use it.
