Reviews for Terrado Club Iquique

Review 1:Not very helpful personnel.

Review 2:Very good standing with a gymnasium and a big swimming pool. A perfect view on the Playa brava from the room. Breakfast with a large choice and constantly renewed food.

Review 3:The noise from the surrounding community was unbearable. Especially at night, barking dogs, noisy cars and motorcycles, car alarms going off all night...I know this isn't your fault...but just the same it did make it difficult to sleep....also the twin sized bed was way too soft...had a back ache every morning. The larger beds were fine. The doors on the bath tubs were a joke...half way covering the length of the tub made a puddle of water on the floor every time I showered...

Review 4:The rooms were nice, well maintained, the staff from the front desk, house keeping, and kitchen were very nice. All did very good jobs, And were very helpful. I liked being able to cook my own meals. Saved lots of money that way. Close to the beach and shopping was an advantage to staying with your hotel.

Review 5:Poor wi-fi in a hotel room. Staff did not speak English, even at reception.

Review 6:Room was spacious, clean and with a great view to ocean, very big windows. Pool area also fine. Breakfast could have a bit more variety.

Review 7:Staff assistance was fair. I requested windows to be left closed (due to security concerns) and a taxi pickup to IQQ airport to the staff. Unfortunately, both requests were not fulfilled. Room security is lax. Maid service frequently opened room window which could have allowed someone to enter the room. Additionally, room safe was not bolted down - it was just sitting on a shelf. Anyone could walk away with the safe!

Review 8:The location and view from room to the beach were wonderful. A full breakfast was offered everyday and restaurant was clean.

Review 9:Nobody speaks english

Review 15:Pool and the breakfast

Review 16:Very confortable beds. Stunning Sea views. Very large family suite. A five star breakfast with freshly baked croissants and everything else!
