Review 1：The wifi was not continuous I had to redial the code every time I entered the room. The bed mattress is not very comfortable.

Review 2：I liked the idea of the Nespresso machine in the room although they only provide one capsule a day and not more. I liked the location, the fitness area and the view

Review 3：Fish served for dinner on first day of stay was apparently not fresh and 3 family members got histamine intoxication. Management did apologise and dinner was refunded. Stayed for 3 more days, however no further inquiry from management how recovery would proceed. This we find rather disappointing.

Review 4：Breakfast was poor for the price and for a 4 star hotel and at 9.30 am the staff was too busy setting up for lunch/dinner than actually making sure the buffet was replenished. Mattresses need change.

Review 5：The location of the hotel, the deco and the spa. The staff is very helpful. I got upgraded to a superior room for no particular reason.

Review 9：The Hotel only has 24 bedrooms, but it oozes class and personal service. The staff were all extremely friendly, courteous and helpful, typical of a well-run family hotel. My room was extremely comfortable and well-appointed with a great view over the Rhone Valley. The Dining Room serves high quality food, and the breakfast choice was varied and interesting. they have a good gym, excellent Wellness Spa, with Turkish Baths, Sauna and cold plunge pool as well as a reasonable size swimming pool. I had a very good massage from an experienced masseuse. I would happily go back there anytime……if I could get in! It's very popular.

Review 20：The breakfast buffet was not sufficiently replenished when we arrived at 9am (not too late I would say for a Sunday - no cheese left)

Review 22：There was carpet in our room and unfortunately we're both allergic. Indoor swimming pool is not adapted for babies (water is too cold) but we were not advised. We also thought the restaurant's value for money isn't great, we had small dishes, not many options and although the food is very good, the bill was quite expensive for what we had.

Review 23：Staff was very friendly and helpful with our baby. They even helped us to organise a baby-sitter while we spent the afternoon skiing. Breakfast was amazing and Spa facilities really nice. Location is great, right between downtown Crans and Montana so you get good options of entertainment.
