Review 1：Parking was a bit difficult

Review 2：Location was perfect. Right beside the beach and restaurants all in walking distance. Best empanadas at 'el rincon' just around the corner.

Review 7：No free drinking water for toothbrushing, prices for minibar is exorbitant and very poor equipped. 7200 pesos for two small sparkling water is not acceptable. Cleaning services were not satisfying, but the management informed before by a letter that there's some trouble going on. This explained the strike in front of the hotel. Overall I would not recommend this hotel.

Review 9：Staff were indifferent, there were 2 parties on consecutive nights with over 400 guests attending one, both finishing at 3am (hotel not big enough for that many people). Only told about this on the day, resturants were closed and nothing re-stocked until lunch the next day.

Review 23：The system put us on the wrong Terrado hotel. I reserved for Terrado Suites, and when we got there we were told that reservation was made for Terrado Club. I showed them the email from booking.com, but that didn't change anything. Terrado Club's rooms, wifi were fair to poor. The shower didn't have hot water the next morning. Breakfast was good, though.

Review 24：Could not check in until 5 pm. The manager promised free upgrade and drinks until room ready. I had to fight for the upgrade. The drink we were charged for. We were met at the airport by the staff as a tour group was arriving. We were told that the bus was free, so we agreed to wait around for about 45 minutes while the tour group loaded. When I checked out they charged me 40 USD for the bus ride! A taxi would have cheaper and immediate. I will be disputing the charge!

Review 26：The day spa was closed. This was the main reason I chose this hotel so I wish I had been told that this was closed when I booked. It was difficult sometimes as not all staff spoke English.
