Review 3：Café da manhã muito simples, iogurte ruim, granola velha, pães velhos e sem sabor. Poderia ter menos opções mas com produtos locais e frescos. Se inspire em hotéis de Gramado e melhore o café.

Review 5：The rooms are slightly old and should be lifted up to the standard reflected on the outside. The swimming pool has a great location but towels has to be send up from the reception. The pool water should be better attended. Signs indicating that one should check the elevator being at the correct after the doors open get at your nerves.
Review 6：The hotel was nice on the outside. It has a great restaurant and the lobby is nice. The location is nice and so is the staff. The bed was nice and I had the best shower ever.

Review 9：I arrived by 19:00 for check in without my girlfriend who was waiting for me in a Restaurant outside the Hotel. For this reason she didn't check in with me at that time. We had a great dinner and then we went to the night club. By 4:00am we arrived at the Hotel, going straight to the room. 5 minutes later a staff arrived in my hotel room asking my girlfriends document for the check in. Instantly we gave it to him and he was rude, saying that if she slept with me I should pay R$70,00 extra. I discussed with him because I had already paid a room for two. He was very indelicate.

Review 19：They couldn't find my Booking.com reservation!! I was afraid I would have to look for another hotel in a hurry. There was some sort of a problem with the cable TV - popular film channels didn't work! There was not enough room in the breakfast salon - we had to wait for some people to leave before we could have breakfast!
