Review 1：The staff within the breakfast is not enough so they can't look about to clean the tables after each person. Even then they doing pretty good.

Review 2：Reserved by Booking app. Was no problem with the reservation, even we arrived at 12:30 they accommodate us immediately. Ski rental in the hotel, much cheaper then rent near by the slopes. Excellent breakfast. Very nice and kind staff. Professional service in the restaurant, normal prices. Local bar. The hotel is very close to the ski lifts.

Review 3：As ussual with Booking, we do not received, what we pay for. Reservation was for 2 bedroom suite. There isn't available such type of accommodation. We received 2 separate suites. It is OK, for that money it's pretty ok, but it is not 1 Suite with 2 bedrooms. Hristian

Review 4：I liked everything. The only criticism I have is that front door steps are absolutely treacherously slippery tiles

Review 27：Great location, the apt we had was huge.Staff were excellent. Didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on the food but the restaurants outside served superb food.

Review 28：The food was bad - we had to go to restaurants outside the hotel every evning. The hole hotel was worn and shabby, old funiture old, dirty carpet and so on. Review 30：They sell appartement as part of hotel, then on confirmation it appears as differnt building. No Wi-Fi even though they advertise it !!! The quality of appartment was very poor, old tv, old cooker, poor poor cutlery and etc. If I was a student coming wiht a group of young friends I wouldnt really care as the place is more a hostel than hotel. I made a request for a baby coat and it wasnt there. Will not come back and will not recommend.

Review 32：The fridge was not big enough if you intend to do food. The local gas(?) heater is very noisy and the sleep in the living room is almost impossible. You can not set the temperature of the heater. The hotel is advertised with sauna, pool and spa. Indeed all that facilities were in a different building. Also when we stayed ( in the end of October ) the pool was "kind of working". The water was warm-ish ( twenty-something degrees, definitely not enough for "spa" ). The sauna was working upon reservation and we were asked to pay 15lv/person/hour. We never saw the "Spa and wellness centre" and the "Turkish/steam bath". We had to go to the nearby hotel and use their pool and sauna. Indeed this hotel has nothing even close to spa! Definitely it does not deserve the 4 stars! In the hotel description you will see "Non-smoking throughout" but in the rooms there were ashtrays available, so I guess guests are allowed to smoke inside.

Review 33：The studio was very spacious, the furniture was decent, there was a cooking stove. The location is good - close to the ski lifts and the main street.
