Review 1：not much really. It is an old building, but the country is quite poor. The value for money is excellent!!!

Review 2：staff were friendly. Courtyard where breakfast was served was a nice tropical experience.

Review 3：I was accused of steeling a hand towel from my room. When we left I went to pay the bill. They asked us to wait while the maid went to check if we had taken anything from the fridge. She came back and said that a hand towel was missing and that she had put it in the room so I must have stolen it. I offered for them to check all my luggage so they did. They went through all my things and of course there was no hand towel. There was no apology given. They were very arrogant. I was very upset at this. I understand that maybe somethings are stolen from the rooms but a hand towel? They treated me like a criminal and it was very embarrassing going through all my personal items in front of other guests.

Review 7：This is absolutely not an hotel that I'll recommend. I have been charged 100USD to clean 10 items at the pressing, and half of my clothes have not been delivered to me. It's been a month that I'm trying to pick up my stuff, and the personal is not professional, no contact with the manager that is not involved in his hotel. Please avoid this hotel

Also ricardo was always there to help and taking care our needsand cleaning ladies did an excellent job. Review 33：This is by no means a 4-star hotel, not even by Bolivian standards. Rooms are fairly run down and poorly cleaned. When we were shown the room, the fridge door fell off, what can you do but laugh (it was quickly repaired afterwards though). Towels smelled of exhaust emissions, no extra pool towels provided. Pool and tennis courts are in a nearby club, 150m away from the hotel, where you have to present the room key to enter (uncomplicated), this should be mentioned in the hotel description. No English spoken. Breakfast has to be ordered in Spanish and is ok for two or three days but not more due to lacking variation. We catched a good deal and paid only 350 Bolivianos (41 USD) for a night, which was ok, but on another day we saw that it was 1250 Bolivianos per night which is really unbelievable and totally off bounds for this hotel.

The fascilities are very good, and the missing and less good fascilites is soon to be upgraded. You get good valuta for your money, and we will definately recommend this hotel to others!

Review 37：For the price, it´s not that bad. You receive a little apartment with a separate bedroom, pullout couch, private bathroom, microwave, tv, vcr, oven, fridge. Even has some snacks in the minibar.

But unfortunately, you have to ask for lots of things - hangers in the closet, enough towels for all the guests, etc. This is a great place for students and travelers on a budget. Its like staying in your own apartment - you can cook and you have a living room and a bedroom. And its very affordable. You can use the pool and spa at a fancy tennis club next door. But you have to be willing to compromise. They clean the carpet with a broom! Your feet get dirty just walking around. If you are flexible it might be right for you.
