Review 1：Smoking not allowed anywhere: not even on balcony. Have to go to the street. TV doesn't work properly; old. Towels are not changed enough.

Review 8：It was really near to the metro stop and just two stops from Praghe Old Town so it only took us 5 minutes to get there. It is possible to walk but it will take around 40 minutes. The distritubtion of the apartment was really good, we were traveling with my mother in law and each of us had our own room.

Review 9：Every thing was fine except sofa and TV were old, TV did not work and no micro wave oven and dish washer. If these are changed and provided then it could be better

Review 10：Noise. Every day you will wake up in 6:30 am because of loading / unloading for supermarket. The noise form the cars are also very high due to acustic issue. No air condition - i.e if it is 39 degree (as it was last week) - you will have 35 in your room. Very very hot, very hard to sleep.

Review 16：Im happy with this apartment itself but the pool was small and it was hard to get squeezed in there. In apartment, there were few scratches around (table, floor or walls) and was in panic that I can be charged for this. Generally, great experience but just the two things that were not perfect. I really liked the place.

Review 17：Perfect location, personel was really nice, lots of space in apartment, good restaurant just behind corner (italian), good cleaning services but unavailable during weekend and many more that cant think of right now. Generally, very happy!

Review 18：The sofa matress was slipping all the time. There was no soap at the house. There were no slippers at the house contrary to the advertisement in booking.com, we had to go to the reception and demand it and wait for 20 minutes to get them! Internet was the worst! You could only connect to internet on the edges of the apartments in certain places only in the living room and the connection was better with a notebook. We could not establish a stable connection with tablets.

Review 19：Large and quiet apartment close to the center.

Review 20：A bit noisy from other residents on the Friday and Saturday night...Brits being drunk and unsociable unfortunately. Cleaner comes in everyday but apart from folding down the duvet I saw no evidence she actually cleaned anything. To be fair one day she Had brought more dirt into the flat in the form of a used poster which stayed in the floor of the bedroom for the weeks duration. This proving she didn't clean. It wasn't even a plaster of ours!! We had asked to check out at 12 which was agreed on the day of departure but cleaner still came in and argued the point that we should be out at 10! Could be made better with a microwave, some English speaking TV if even just bbc news as stated in the brochure that international news would be available. It was all blocked for use bar Czech channels.

Review 21：The best part was being able to make use of Holmes place spa. Daily pool and jacuzzi was great for the family. The area has everything you need...supermarket at the bottom of flats, coffee shops, restaurants of all types, deli, butcher, bakers, juice bar and a tube/metro opposite the flat. Takes 35 mins to walk into old town too. 10 mins from the river. Large flat with good space.

Review 22：Wifi didn't work. Rooms didn't have their own wifi and we were attempting to connect to random rooms that eventually kicked you off the wifi. Didn't like that we had to use the room towels for pool/sauna, and we're not given new towels

Review 49：Very spacious, especially by European standards. Metro station is nearby(and downtown is only a 10 minute walk on foot). There's a minigrocery store/bodega right downstairs which came in handy. One hugeplus is access to the gym in the building, it's a very nice facilitywith a heated indoor pool and sauna. Since I was traveling with a groupof friends, having 1.5 bathrooms is a huge plus, since most placesyou'll find in Europe only have 1.

Review 56：Very spacious suite, well equipped kitchenette (pots, pans, knives, can opener, bowls and more), great wellness centre (especially sauna and sun deck). The location is great – you can get to the historic area by tram or by metro just in minutes, you can also walk there. The staff was very helpful. We arrived earlier but had a reservation (via e-mail) in the wellness centre, so we just waited while taking a rest in jacuzzi.

Review 59：The reason we chose to stay here was for the swimming pool. Getting areservation to swim was not as easy task and we had to fight for it.

Review 68：It`s not an ordinary hotel room - I had living room with small kitchen place, bedroom, wardrobe and bathroom and a balcony at Your disposal. the localisation is very good (3 metro stations from city center). Mini-Market in the same building, free parking on the street, few restaurants where You can eat if You don`t want to cook anything (Bagette Boulevard is fantastic choice for breakfast!).

Review 69：Only complaint was early check out (10am standard, 12 noon by negociation). No option to pay for extension by 1/2 day and declined to store baggage until ready to depart for airport.

Review 70：Clean modern apartment in nice part of town, well connected for Trams and Metro. Good supermarket next door, good pool and spa facilities. Good quality bars, coffee shops and restaurants in the local area without tourist prices.

These 2things would improve the stay for people generally.

Review 75：The apartment temperature was very cold inside. Information stated thatthe apartment was kept at 21 deg Celcius, but in fact was uncomfortablycold with no way to make it warmer. Hot water was also not hot enough.

Review 77：Information about Spa is not correct. We have limited access to the SPA. Also need to make the advance booking. Kids can be allowed only on certain time. Apartment was very cold and no facility to make it warm. Only we could get extra quilt in the night to keep our self warm. TV (15 inche) is useless and hardly any channel to watch. Most were paid channel.
