Review 1：The room was hot because there was no air-conditioning. When we opened the window during nighttime, we got fresh air, and additionally a lot of noise and mosquitos. This did not contribute to a good night's sleep,

Review 3：When we arrived there was no electricity in the room, I found used soap and a shampoo packet in the shower, and there was a loud vent fan outside the window that ran all night.

Review 11：My room was near the laundry room and it seemed nobody could shut the door when they went in there. It was always noisy with the washing machines, so I had to keep getting up to close the door for them. Free wifi was very patchy I'm my room too.

Review 15：After a 5-hour journey from Amsterdam due to snow, it was heartwarming to walk into a hotel with staff that immediately made you feel at home. Room was exceptionally clean with comfortable beds for a good nights rest. I would recommend this hotel at any time. Excellent location on the market square with warm and friendly people in the town of Oudenaarde.
