Review 10：The restaurant was closed, the breakfast was very poor (basically only eggs, ham and bread), check out 10:00am, and 9:45 the receptionist was calling to remind it. In general, very disappointed. Do not go there in between the summer / winter seasons.

Review 13：The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel lobby is airy and comfortable, and the rooms are nicely sized with large sliding glass doors to good outside views. It's very quiet, yet close to Crans Montana (you can walk there within 15 minutes). The breakfast room has a great view and a nice variety of foods. It was perfect!

Review 36：Stayed here on our honeymoon- the room was absolutely amazing! very cozy, with warm wood panels, and giant windows overlooking the Rhone valley- views only topped by the large balcony right outside. A good, affordable bottle of wine in the minibar to accompany the views and it made for an excellent stay!

Review 37：If you like a view of anything at all from your room, it is necessary to pay extra. Breakfast is very meager, with coffee and tea being the only hot offerings (not even a toaster to pop a piece of bread into). The waitstaff attending us was pleasant, but their supervisor must be a super-snob; we were seated at an "inside" table at dinner despite the fact that window-side tables (with the nice views) were open all night. At morning we began our coffee and croissants and were asked to move to allow others to have our table (the staff had told us to "sit anywhere" and there was no sign on the table to indicate that it was reserved). We are a professional, mature couple - this treatment was undeserved and was very difficult to understand.

Review 38：Quiet location just outside Crans-Montana - very near (5 minute walk) to Les Violette lift, which is great for skiers, hikers and mountain-bikers. Views from the hotel (across to Monte Rosa, Matterhorn, etc.) are breathtaking.

The hotel staff was very kind, as we booked a north oriented room and we received a south oriented room, so we had an amazing view from our balcony.
