Review 1：Room service very bad.The internal number for orders(coffee) was not responding most of the times and when they did they didnt give us the choice to charge our room, they accepted only cash but even then they didnt have any change so we had to give the exact amount of money. The food was below average. Services compared to last year have deteriorated. Also the shades, the heater were not working properly, and we had to call the technician several times.

Review 9：Staff seemed a little grumpy and the room service menu had no number to dial so clearly they didn't want to serve it! In fact, there were no contact numbers anywhere in the room nor was there any information on the hotel or resort. A little too far from the resort for us and not a nice drive with snow on the roads.

Review 10：The hotel does have the feeling of a retreat & spa due to the location and layout of the buildings. It was quiet and relaxing after a days skiing and the beds very comfortable. The availability of a pool and spa is a real bonus that the kids loved.

Review 11：It's not a complaint but the shuttle bus to the town stops at 5pm everyday. It would be handy if it ran slightly later. Taxis aren't expensive though.

Review 12：The hotel was fantastic. I would stay here again, 100%. The rooms are a lovely size. The spa is perfect and has everything you need. Breakfast was lovely everyday. The restaurant is a bit pricey compared to the town but completely worth it. The staff all worked very hard. The bar man Dani was there all the time and always on hand to help.

Review 13：The SPA is dirty and the floor incredibly slippery. The water of the jacuzzi smells bad, they let people enter the SPA with outdoor shoes. The xmas buffet was of poor quality and extremely overpriced. Staff is not trained to check the breakfast buffet for missing things and replenish them - and during peak season things are missing all the time.

Review 17：We leaved in a one bedroom apartment. The beds in the bedroom were good. But the sofa-bed in the leaving room was terrible: very uncomfortable; you could not make even a move without any noise. The apartment had a kitchen with the fridge and a cooker, but no pots, plates or cutlery. I was travelling with a small kid and intentionally booked an apartment in order to be able to cook.

Review 20：Excellent, very helpful staff, nice Jacuzzi outdoors, huge rooms with balcony, and nice bar staying open late. Bonus: buffet dinner for 10 euro if you're too tired to go to town. Also as the hotel is not really walking distance to town, there is a free shuttle going to town every thirty minutes.

Review 21：I stayed with a huge group of friends. The hotel was modern and had all the facilities we needed. The staff were super helpful, managed to get food delivered to us at midnight and helped us with all of our enquiries,

Review 22：The kitchen is just for show, doesn't have any dishes, silverware, pans, glasses, etc, so forget about cooking. In our case (we have 2 kids) it was a big upset. The pool is very small (11-12m by 4-5m); Matress in the bedroom is not very confortable, and I would not recommend sleeping on the sofa in the living room. After we have already left the hotel, an employee called me and said that they charged me twice by mistake - once when I made the reservation (I had no idea about this) and once when we checked out. I turned back and went to solve the problem, but then they said that the employee made a mistake and in fact they just blocked the ammount when the reservation was made, and unblocked it sometime later. I haven't had the time to check with the bank, but I sure will.

Review 35：I booked two double rooms - one for ourselves, another for a couple of friends with 10 year old granddaughter. The room of our friends was upgraded (no addition to the price) in order to let the girl have a sofa bed. Unfortunately, the sofa was stained and should be cleaned in the future.

Review 36：Very nice hotel in the forest, far from the dusty and half-deserted center of Borovets at this time of the year. About 4 km. from the town (a car is must). Small buildings - each with lift and parking. Beautiful, green, clean and well-maintained yards. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Indoor swimming pool - not big (5 x 12 m.) but nice. Very small outdoor jacuzzi - not very convenient.

Review 37：The rooms we were accommodated in didn't seem to be cleaned well enough, you could see dirt on the floor from the previous guests. The button for the bathroom toilet was with fingerprints all over so we had to call the reception and ask if they can send someone to vacuum cleane. The button was only wiped with toilet paper, which we could have done by ourselves.

Review 38：We had booked 2 studios with 4 friends and when we arrived the receptionist told us that they have upgraded us to apartments instead, same price, which was very nice. The spa center is not too big but big enough if you are travelling off season, since the hotel isn't full.

Review 51：No direct link to the pool and spa, you need to get fully dressed, get out of the building and enter the building in which the restaurant and spa area are. Also, the pool is very small for the siE of the hotel. There are 14 chairs in the spa, which means that it can accommodate 14 guests visiting the spa and the pool. The water in the pool was dirty. The whole spa looks like a city bath rather than a place to relax.

The spa area was always incredibly crowded (the area size doesn't match the amount of guests). The restaurant in the hotel is matching its 4 stars only in pricing - the quality of food is very poor, and the staff is not paying attention to your needs. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and/or visit in the future.

Review 71：The room could have done with a kettle. We had a duplex with a very small kitchen which was practically unequipped - we believe this is standard.

Review 72：We were impressed with the attention provided by all staff, from reception to the waiters to the handyman. They treated us as if we were at their own home.

Review 73：Experienced some problems logging into the wi fi, but once logged in, it works fine. They didn't change the towels throughout our 5 days stay. As mentioned by other reviewers, there is absolutely no utensils in the kitchen. There is a functioning stove and fridge, but not a single plate, cutlery or alike!

Review 74：I liked the hotel's design. We stay in a 1+1 unit. There were two very large rooms, with high ceilings and a long balcony. Unit was uncluttered, furnished with tasteful furniture. Lots of storage space. Wooden floors. View of the trees. Quite nice.

Review 75：The lack of tools in the kitchenette. There were only 4 glasses. So what's the purpose of the kitchenette then? Some tiles of the hardwood floor were loosened and we stumbled upon them. Pretty simple rooms. Same breakfast every day.

Review 78：The location beats everything. In the middle of a forrest of evergreens over 100 years old. The hotel is quite new. Spacious rooms, with wooden floors. Isolated heat in each room, which you can set yourself.

Review 79：It was obvious that the hotel's facilities lack the capacity to accommodate all of its guests. In particular the reataurant and the SPA area could be bigger for a hotel of this nature and price range. There seemed to be too few staff servicing the guests at peak hours. The rooms and apartments have a kitchenette but there are no plates or glasses.

Review 80：The hotel is in the middle of a beautiful forest, a few minutes away from the slops. We tried the a la cart menu, which was delicious. The waiters in the restaurant (particularly Angel!) were very professional and courteous, going out of their way to serve us. The beds were very comfortable.

Review 83：We left our ID cards on the reception desk so we can go to our room faster. When we were leaving they thought we already took the cards when the mistake were theirs ( they putted the IDs on the wrong shelf ). This was a bit annoying.

Review 84：It is really nice. The apartment was spacious and really clean. All the furniture felt like it is new. Very comfy and just an hour driving from Sofia. Food was brilliant and attitude of the stuff very kind and pleasant.

Review 85：The only downside of the place is restaurant. It is really expensive for what they serve. We ate there two times just cause were too tired to go the center of the Borovets. Breakfast is fine. For the hotel we suggest to improve restaurant service or decrease prices.

Review 86：We stayed for couple of days in the beginning of November, which is between seasons. So one day we were alone in the whole hotel. We actually liked it a lot, it was very calm and private. The spa was open specially for us, and we felt really taken care of. Studio consisting of living room and bedroom was light and spacious. The first day it was little bit cold inside, because they haven't started yet central heating. However, in each of the rooms there was electric radiator. Next day they started central heating, probably because more guests arrived. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with cosy puffy blanket and pillows. Hotel leaves very good impression. Everything seems to be built with good conscience, beautiful architecture fitting well to the environment. Very Scandinavian-like. Spa zone includes 12m pool, two Finnish saunas, steam sauna and outside jacuzzi. Other services include different massages. Prices are probably bit expensive for Bulgaria, but still OK. Let's say whole body massage 60 min long is 40-50 euros. Massage therapists that worked with us are married couple. Super polite, attentive, professional. We liked them a lot. All facilities are very clean, absolutely flawless. Really recommend taking 1-2 seanses of massage, or even more. Hotel staff was very friendly and polite. They assisted us in every matter. I hope they maintain the same service level also at the high season. Overall we recommend the place and hope to return there some day.

The hotel stuff was professional. Room: Spacious, extremely clean, bright & modern. Internet: WiFi was available free of charge. I have not experienced any problems with the Internet connection. Breakfast: Based on some reviews, I was a bit sceptical about the breakfast. In my opinion the breakfast was very good. There were always fresh fruits & vegetables, Bulgarian cheese, Bulgarian yellow cheese, Bulgarian home made pasta products (banichki sas spanak ili sas sirene), different types of jams, bread, eggs, bacon, etc. Complementing the breakfast by some other sorts of bread and fresh juices would, in my opinion, improve and add some variability to it. SPA: clean, nicely decorated, cute. Hotel stuff: polite, friendly, professional. In short: I would warmly recommend Euphoria Club Hotel & SPA. It is an excellent choice for each age-group and provides an unique opportunity to fully enjoy and experience the Bulgarian nature.
