Review 1:stuff doesnt speak another language, they are not trained well...slow service,poor service...take towels and do not put new ones for example.Mant time i had to call reception for complain that something is not there at my room(sheets for extra bed, enough towels...) food is average, for who wanna simple and ok food, is fine! but miss some taste. drinks are the cheapest ... and not enough stuff to attend the demand! take long to be attend! recreation is very poor... if u qanna a noce beach ans nice place is perfect, but for a all inclusive resort is not sufficient! but i need to be real and say new years eve was a very good partty there...i though will be a disaster but the made a very good party!!! new village manager is very nicw ans simpathic

Review 6:Superior premium room stay -700 reais per night so overall good value for money. Great options for childtean, nice swming pool ( need to improve) and great feee cocktails. Chef must be replaced - lots of food but just not tasty....all included ended with rice and beens and good desert , the ala carte mediterean place was simply terrible and in very low quality.
Review 7:Service at restaurant. Nobody to serve drinks at the restaurant. Ok, they are there, but mainly to clean tables and etc. Nobody to ask "What you want to drink?" or "Can I help you?". If you want to drink something, you need to "Self service". You have available soft drinks in 2L bottles at a big serving-ware to “self service”.Food. Poor menu creativity and poor presentation. It seems that they have some restrictions on availability of catering trays and containers. Frequently they need to remove a container of food to replace it and it take a lot of time (that means that they will use the same container). It happens also in simple tasks as to replace milk or coffee at the breakfast.About quality of food and beverage, I was impressed due they didn’t offer fresh natural juices. It seems that one of the “claims” of this kind of hotel is to “family”… and offer fresh natural juice is a pre requisite in my point of view.At the rooms, every day we had some kind of problem; towels, cleaning and etc. And when you ask to regularize it, it takes a long time or nobody solve it.I was at the hotel with my wife and my two little daughters, and I identified that they didn’t registered them at the hotel (officially they aren’t there). I ask for information at the hotel administration and (a Portuguese man) said that the procedure was correct and according Brazilian law… I check it and it seems to be different. Brazilian law said that any hotel only can accept accommodation of children (less than 18 years) if they are accompanied of their parents or a legal responsible. They don’t ask to me the documentation of my children and I saw other check in’s that also they didn’t ask anything about children.For my kind of overall quality requests this hotel didn´t match.

Review 14:The landscape is fantastic, green sea and large beach with some coralsaround which can end up in beautiful natural pools...paisagem é animal, mar bem verde e praia ampla...nas pontas da praia tem coral estilo praia do forte com algumas piscinas naturais...
Review 15:Staff was a shame. Unmotivated, most unfriendly and without of any english skills (including Managers and reception)! All of them need some basic training! Food was nothing special for a high price hotel. Was not possible to swim in the sea. Very wavy, red flag during 5 days. Maybe an exception and pool area was great. Not many ativities provided.

Review 17:Booking.com describes a full renovation of the property in 2009. We hada difficult time finding signs of a 2009 renovation. The buildings andthe rooms are outdated and did not live up to our expectation of a 5-star resort. The food was adequate but nothing more. The service wasless than stellar (other than Miguel at the front desk who went out ofhis way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome.) There are threebars on site where you can get alcoholic beverages but, basically,everything else is self-serve - including the 2-liter pop bottles thatare placed in beverage coolers on the property for drinks throughout theday as well as in the dining room for dinner service (far from what youwould expect from a 5-star resort). The hotel is definitely understaffed- tables in the dining areas were not cleaned in a timely fashion andyou could often find dirty plates and used cups around the pool area.
