Review 1：Like so many places, Continental breakfasts suck in general. It's not their fault because of regulations they have to abide by.

Review 2：To be honest, I didn't know what to expect, however, I was overall very pleased with the staff and the facilities. I think it's great value.

Review 3：Beds weren't the comfiest (but not bad), and the continental breakfast wasn't very good. Ran out of hot water but that's understandable considering the entire hotel was going to the same conference at the same time (and was showering at the same time).

Review 5：We loved the ladies at the front desk. Very friendly and helpful. And worked very hard at breakfast to make sure everyone was happy, even though there was a hugh rush from the conference. Thank you ladies for making our stay great.

Review 6：I found it to be outdated and the rooms were not only small but not well taken care of. The one bed was sunk in at the end and when we looked underneath, the box spring was damaged with a piece of wood on the floor. Also, the breakfast wasn't very selective.

Review 13：The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, the fridge was quiet, TV worked good, Internet was fast, everything was well cleaned, breakfast had a big variety, the lady who worked there made us waffles even though the machine was broken because I really wanted waffles, the walls weren't thin I couldn't hear other people and was in a good location !

Review 14：Not a bad experience, but the bed was too high...I could have used a stool. We requested a coffeemaker, but had a hard time finding a place to plug it in; also, no decaf for my sister. It is an older motor inn and we could still detect traces of cigarette smoke.

Review 19：This hotel is run by two very friendly ladies. The room was spacious and exceeded my expectations in terms of features. This room was excellent value for money. I will certainly book here again when next in Red Deer.

Review 20：Better than average and very good value for the money! Very clean room, Comfy bed, good WiFi! Very quiet and no problems at all. The breakfast they offered was great with a big variety of many things and they even offered to make fresh waffles for you on the waffle iron!! Definately will go back again!

Review 21：The place was clean and the location good - easy to get to. There were services around, which was great. My concern was that it looked like there was only one overworked Korean lady as staff - we saw absolutely nobody else! She was there when we arrived around 8 pm and was up and about (and probably had laid out the breakfast herself) at 6:30 am when we were prepared to leave.

Review 22：1. I prefer Key Cards over the room key they use. 2. Stayed for 2 nights, on the first night the bathtub and toilet were not cleaned. 3. The bed was not made, sheets were just pulled up, pillows were not replaced at the top of the bed, just left were I had them when I got up. 4. I had to play around with the key as the lock would stick in the room door.
