Review 1：The bed by the window where there's two beds was very uncomfortable and kids were loud running up and down the stairs and in hall way very loud. Wifi didn't work what so ever.

Review 7：The facility is located in an industrial district quite a distance from downtown. We had reserved a "deluxe queen" and received a small room with 2 double beds. When we arrived we got hot water from the tap after running it for 10 minutes, but in the morning there was no hot water at all. Breakfast was absolutely minimal and the coffee was undrinkable

But after calculating to prove himself right, he inadvertently proved himself wrong. All good in the end, but attitude could of been better

Review 21：The location was a short drive to the Big Nickel and Dynamic North, brewery, an amazing deli and butcher shop, downtown restaurants and 4 Corners. The self-serve Belgian waffle station was fun.

Review 26：We were only there for one night unfortunately. Quick trip. But for the price it was awesome! You can tell it's an older hotel but the renovations were done very well! Hopefully all the rooms are like the one we stayed in because this will definitely be our go-to hotel when we visit Sudbury

Review 28：The breakfast was really bad it ends at 930 and we got there at 830 well there was two little round eggs there and that's it. There was a staff there and he didn't say anything , not even hold on I'm getting more nothing bad bad bad . I will be staying there but no way am I going to that very bad breakfast wow

Review 32：Heat was not on in our room when we arrived (was literally -9 on our humidex) and as you can imagine it didn't heat up much with the heater they did have. I wanted to have a shower to warm up but when I turned the hot water on it ran cold for a long time, I ended uo having to let it run for over 10 minutes before it started to heat up I really was unimpressed, rooms were out dated and the staff was aweful, I'm not a hard customer to please and this is the first of many reviews that has been negative. Save your money and go elsewhere this place was absolutely terrible I can't warn you enough. It may be on the cheaper side but it's definitely not worth it.

Review 34：The room had a funny smell like over use of some kind of spray. The bed wasn't very comfortable too hard for my liking. The hot water took forever to heat up, you had to let the water run for 3-4 minutes for it to get hot. The bathroom fan was extremely noisy and you couldn't shut it off because it was connected with the light. I didn't like having to give my credit card card number to the front desk. It wasn't put in the computer but written on a piece of paper. They said it was for security deposit in case anything happened. If you are on the first floor like we were and there is someone above you you hear every loud foot step. Ask for an upper room. Probably won't be back.

Review 35：The price was decent. The room was clean. The breakfast was perfect for me. Just your typical hotel continental breakfast of cereal, juice coffee, toast muffins yogurt exc. but who needs more then that. Breakfast room very clean.

My advice would be to close the blinds once you are in your room and don't open them to look out - the view is dismal.

Review 53：I had to empty the basket for the coffee maker each day after the room had been made up. The breakfast choices were minimal Also the attached restaurant was closed for two days but no notices were posted for guests coming in through the side entrance. After coming back tired and hungry late Sunday afternoon it was frustrating to have to go back out for supper. Staff were not visibly present at the front desk on a regular basis. The smell in the hallways was somewhat unpleasant. tv choices were very limited and many of the stations identified in the guide were not available.

Review 54：the room was very quiet and the staff were pleasant. the room was tidied everyday even when I forgot to ask bed was comfortable although out of the way, it was easy to get where I had to go

Review 55：The rate was refreshing! We find more and more that places are charging an arm and a leg for rooms that do not deserve it. Especially if you're only needing to rest your head for a night, like us, who wants to spend big dollars?! The building and rooms have been obviously updated and the room was very clean....that is HUGE for us! Also, the fact that breakfast is included, is also huge, that's another big savings. jk, unlike many other hotels, extra little fee's do not exist here, the price is the price plus tax. We arrived late and were greeted very well and even shown our room, literally guided right to the door, now that's impressive!

Review 56：When we checked in we were told we got breakfast so in the morning we got ready, loaded car, and at 9:25AM went to have breakfast. Told it ended at 9:30 and we were too late. Asked for ice machine to fill our cooler and given a vague answer of it being somewhere on 2nd floor. Left and found the nearest Tim Hortons!

Review 57：The hotel was easy to find and affordable enough so we splurged for 2 rooms. Appears nicely updated when you enter the room but just "lipstick on a pig". Cheaply done.

Review 58：Main natural light is leaving curtain open to outside hallway with motel customers being able to look into room. Comfy chair needs floor lamp. other side of bed needs light unless only for single person (king sized bed)no rack to hang towel if staying more then 1 night to conserve water
