Review 4：The location is perfect, quite close to the beach and for those who like it there is a swimming pool as well. The staff is nice and helpful and the breakfast/dinner buffet were excellent. WiFi connection is excellent both in the room and the common areas. There is a paid parking area right next to the hotel for just 5 lv (2,5 euro) for 24h. The rooms are big and clean, most with view to the seaside, beds are comfortable. We enjoyed it a lot with my brother and would recommend to friends to use this accommodation for this region, definitely worth the money. There is an international airport 45 mins away by car, and Sozopol is just 10 mins away.
Review 5：Coffee and parking. For a hotel this expensive one would expect they had good coffee for breakfast. Alas, what you get is a watered down, tasteless, powder coffee/milk. There is literally no parking space - there are about 5 parking spots for a very large hotel. There is a paid public parking right next to the hotel, but that will be 5lv. per night which will not be covered by the hotel.
Review 6：The hotel is located next to the beach, in close proximity to a lot of beach bars. Nevertheless, you will have no trouble sleeping as the rooms are quiet, even those facing the beach. The breakfast is generally okay - a lot of tasty choices.
Review 7：We couldn't identify local management, so the staff was very chaotic and unfriendly, especially guys at the pool bar. Ignorant waiters work on 12h shifts and standart "no change" excuse all the time. Dinner finnishes too early for the season.
Review 8：New, nice hotel, good location, comfort rooms. Pool was very well attended and clean. Very good food, congratulations to the chefs.
Review 9：We had to wait 40 min. on the reception to be accommodated. Personal needs to be replaced with professionals. Current is very slow and not enthusiastic at all. Barman looked bossy. Bathroom was not that clear and had unpleasant smell. Room floor was quickly "wiped" and had hair strings on it (probably from previous couple).

Review 11：- no parking spaces, necessary to use paid parking, often farther away - at 14 o´clock was not ready our room, we had to wait 45 minutes at the reception (with 2 small children) - the next day was not cleaned the floor

Review 13：Far from Sozopol town, not a walking distance. But taxi for 10leva or public transport for 2leva is ok.
Review 14：Cool Kavat beach just across the street. Nice new hotel with comfortible swimming pool in quiet area. All you can eat B-fasts and dinners were enough varied and tasty. Helpful staff. Our room was large, clean with balcony. Small market 150m far in camping area.
Review 15：There is no hotel parking (if we don't count the 5 parking places in front of the hotel) and as the only way to go there is by car, it's not really convenient. There is paid parking next to the hotel anyway.
