Review 1：The location is rather hard to find and navigate to, by car.

Review 2：The staff was very nice, rooms were clean and the hotel looked way better than most in it's price range.

Review 3：A little difficult to find the place. Location is on a narrow one way street. Difficult to find a place to park if the hotel is full. The room was heated by air-con. Leaking pipes under the washbasin.

Review 5：The road that reaches the hotel is paved with rocks, pretty difficult if you don't have an SUV but you can leave the car nearby No private parking, you park where you can Some issues with the toilet, leaking water from the back, not nice at all Each room has a water boiler that runs out after one shave and half a shower :( Heating is done via AC unit it's good to ask for an electric heater as the AC will decrease the humidity in the room

Review 7：The breakfast is poor. The heating is made with electrical apliances, which I'm sure will not be OK on a very cold day (we have to keep it running all night for a good temperature in room, even is outside were just 1-2 degrees. The parking spots are on the street.

Review 8：The staff is friendly, the hotel is nice and quiet, being on a side street quite close to Tsarevets. The rooms are clean and the beds are very nice.

Review 13：Breakfast is absolutely poor. Only 2 escalloped toast. Everything else costs extra. I asked if they have soy milk. They said yes but didn't saied anything about a price. At breakfast it was 2 Leva for 200 ml and when we checked out they wanted us to buy the rest of the milk.

Review 17：The breakfast was not very satisfying, although in was promoted in the offer - the food was obviously not fresh and for beverages we had to choose between a small cup of tasteless coffee or tea. Also during our stay there was a big party downstairs which lasted for about 8 hours - until 2:30 AM and had a negative impact on our sleep comfort. One of the employees tried to explain us that there was a class reunion scheduled and he was willing to book the whole venue. Therefore "external guests" weren't supposed to be there, which left me with a negative impression.

Review 18：The hotel is located in the hearth of the old city, in a close distance to Tsarevetz fortress. The facility is newly renovated and very clean, which is also valid for the rooms - well-appointed and decorated. Our room had a marvelous view to the Yantra river and the small terrace was a bonus. The receptionists are very friendly and kind, which is the main reason for my positive feedback.

Review 19：The room's floor was a bit dirty. The one way road to the hotel is cobblestone road. The breakfast is very poor.

Review 21：A little noise in the morning i don't know why , some people make noise on the hallway. The breakfast a little poor and i could't choose what to eat. And they should make from time to time clean after trhe bed (it was a little dusty).

Review 22：I liked the room, it was verry confortable, a big bed, much space, the wi-fi worked verry good. The view from the room was great and the hotel is near to the center and the citadel. The first receptionist who make our check-in was verry nice and helpfull.The room was verry clean except in the back of the bed.

Review 28：The hot water is not enough for 2 persons to wash. The bathroom had a boiler for the shower.
