Review 1：One night we had an issue with the electricity and it took them a long time to be fixed. Also they have a restaurant on the first floor, where we were supposed to have a 10% discount but we didn't always get it.

Review 5：Staff can have a good impression, but English of sightseeing isn't understood so much.Hall was dark front of my room,I couldn't open the room.And it didn't have automatic switch.I must over pass my room and switch on every time.

Review 7：The room smelled and was obviously a room that had been occupied by smokers. The double bed was two simgle beds in wodden frames with seperate sheets and covers just pushed together

Review 13：also, the hotel is 1 star (?!) - that's the rating on the entrance... i don't know :( we were not expecting the room we got, what with the great rating here- old furniture, basic facilities, unclean (from previous smoking?) smell, uncomfortable bed....

Review 15：Just 3 minutes from the railway station (with adjacent bus station). Just an overnight stop with an early train - staff friendly and mentioned in passing that i would be leaving early before breakfast, but no problem, was surprised on checking out at 0630, a packed lunch was waiting for me. Didn't request it but a nice touch! Everything about room just as i'd expect - nothing adverse to comment on.

Review 17：Location next to bus and train station. Arrived late and had to leave early. Staff gave me a sandwich and apple to take for breakfast. Pointed i\out the way downtown, so I could take a look at the city at 10pm on a Sunday night. Cafe/bar had interesting local clientele and good service for a quick late meal. Room very nice.

Review 35：There are different room sizes, ours was very large and comfy. Backyard facing ones are more quiet. A stonethrow from the bus and railway stations. Cafeteria and restaurant on the premises (open till 23.00hs), very popular with locals. Food and prices were very good. Good airconditioning. WiFi internet worked wery well in all the premises. Two systems for breakfast, if the hotel is not very full, you can choose between numbers 1, 2 or 3 from a menu card. I went for the omelette and is was simply delicious. On busy days a buffet is offered.

Review 38：A bit noisy if you have a room facing the boulevard and you leave your window open, however that was our fault, not the hotel's. :)

Review 39：It's been a pleasure to come visit Cosmos hotel again, friendly staff, good room, bike friendly.

Review 40：No shower curtain, meaning the bathroom floor was awash. While a discount is given for an evening meal, the food lacks quality and quantity, and is only just a reasonable price after the discount. Compared with several other similar hotels stayed in in Bulgaria, this was the most expensive, and generally lacked value for the money charged.

Review 42：While it is very close to the bus station, which is good for travelers, there's not much else to see in the neighborhood and it's kind of a long walk to the center. Also neighborhood felt slightly sketchy at night... luckily though you have the nice restaurant right there so no need to go wandering at night.
