Review 1：Excellent staff, always happy and helpful. Loved the way they take care of the parrots whose nests are in the property! Very clean and confortable, just across the street of Ventura Mall and close to many restaurants. Great place to stay in Santa Cruz de la Sierra.

Review 2：We stayed at the tower. Our room's illumination was horrible! There are 4 or 5 tiny recessed lights that are worst than candles. During the night, you can barely see anything in your room. There are no lamps. Also the room has only have 2 electrical outlets, one of them is fully occupied by the TV and the other is taken by the clock radio. With so many portable devices, not thinking of adding more electrical outlets fails to meet basic hotel conveniences. We arrived close to 3pm, our room was supposed to be ready by 2pm. At the front desk we were told to please wait in the bar for about one hour until our room is ready.... seriously?????? The manager could do nothing other than apologizing and offering us a temporary room. They need to plan their availability more seriously.

Review 3：By far the two bonuses of this hotel are the location (right across the Ventura Mall where you have plenty of eating and shopping options) and their pool (a large, beautifully illuminated outdoor pool and a cozy indoor heated pool as well)

Review 4：Hotel is a little dated. It could use an overhaul. The price I paid seemed high. However, I do not have a point of reference to compare to other hotels in Santa Cruz that are of the same caliber. That said, I'd stay again at the same price if I go back to Santa Cruz.

Review 5：Great location - right across the street from the Venture Mall with many restaurants, a Starbucks, a movie theatre and a grocery store. Friendly staff - very fluent in English. Nice grounds.

Review 6：Excellent value for money. For my purposes in Santa Cruz perfectly situated, close to the airport, close to the major major business area and close to the mall, where a lot of social activity takes place.

Review 13：Very poor lunch buffet. Room was very dark - window opens onto main walk way so unless you want to be seen by other guests all of the time, needed to keep curtains drawn. No tea-making facilities in the room. Noisy.

Review 18：We stayed only one night and it was a pleasant one. The hotel is rather new, with nice architecture and distribution, an impressive pool, with ample and comfortable rooms. We took a room facing the pool as probably others would be more noisy. Staff is attentive. Breakfast of good quality. Good wifi connection in the room. We previously spent two nights at Boutique Hotel Senses, and Camino Real Hotel is much better option (other than location). Located on nice residential area, some 20 minutes away from downtown in taxi, but these are not expensive. The newest mall in Santa Cruz is across the street from the hotel.

Review 19：I found the personnel to be rude and pushy. My room was not ready when I arrived and they made wait for 2 hours in the lobby. At the check out they rushed me out and didn't give me my bill despite several tries to get via Mail afterwards.

Review 29：The bathroom was a little tired,handbasin had a hairline crack and the bath plug needed replacing.

Review 30：The staff were most attentive and could't be more helpful. The breakfast were most sumptuous and enough to keep the greedy going all day!! Also you must try the evening meal,we had steaks which almost overhung the large plates and were scrumptious

Review 31：The location was a little out of the way on the fourth ring. Buses are easily accessible. The only problem i had here was after checking out. My bank account was charged twice. My bank took care of it right away. Double check your charges just to be sure.
