Gite Kooa offers a villa in the countryside of Theux, an 8-minute drive from the centre of Spa and 8.7 miles from Spa-Francorchamps F1 Circuit. This spacious accommodation includes an outdoor hot tub, a private sauna and free access to WiFi and private parking facilities.
Fitted with a terrace, the unit has a living room with a seating corner, a TV set and a fireplace. The villa also comes with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. A bath or a shower is fitted in the bathroom.
Within a 5-minute drive from Gite Kooa you can find a range of supermarkets for groceries, bars, cafés and restaurants.
A 20-minute drive will take you to High Fens Nature Reserve. From Gite Kooa, it is 10.8 miles to Verviers, 16.5 miles to Chaudfontaine and 23.5 miles to Liège. It is a 40-minute journey by car to Bütgenbach.

Review 1：We lived 5 Nights with 12 women in this fantastic house. The beds were great. Even the atmosphere and all facilities. We loved it! The contact to the Owner Nathalie and her husband was very positiv.

Review 2：The owners live next to the house and jacuzzi which ment you had to lower your voice and outside activities.

Review 3：Regarding the downsides - the owners were away at night for the entire weekend. Therefor we were able to be outside and have a chat/listen to music/go in the jacuzzi. Sweet!

Review 4：It is worth noting the owners house is on the same property and basically adjacent to the house. They were away for the weekend while we were there but if you are looking for total privacy and a remote location this is maybe not the perfect location. It is also directly on a small road.

Review 5：Lovely old house renovated to an excellent standard. Plenty of room also in the communal spaces. We stayed there with 3 families (6 adults, 4 older kids and 3 younger kids) and never felt cramped. Also made use of the hot-tub and the sauna. The kids also enjoyed the boat in their small pond at the end of the garden. Surrounding area is very nice for walks.
