Review 1：Our room had not been cleaned. Someone's bottle of water was on bed table. Bathtub dirty. When I inquired they could not give discount as booked through computer.

Review 7：Slow pace. I am business traveller. Long check ins, long check outs. The food was good in the lounge, however don't go in there if rushed. To be fair I don't think this hotel caters to business people. Sports teams, and the restaurant cater to seniors. That is why I don't think there is any sense of urgency.

Review 11：The food in the restaurant was under part. The menu looks appetizering to read but both our entrees were too salty and the stuffed baked potato was dry. We were disappointed that the hotel had high standards but it's restaurant did not.
