Review 1：Better location you can't find. Despite a central location it's a very quiet street. Less than a minute to the subway station. A lot of space in the apartments. Will stay there next time.

Review 2：We also experienced the bathroom smells others mentioned. Elevator is great, but is off by a 1/2 floor so you still need to climb stairs.

Review 5：I arrived after 18:00, so I have to go to another hotel under the same company to check in. The lady at Hotel Golden Crown who handled my checking in at 19:30 on 27th Dec 2015 is a nightmare. Impolite, cold, rude, not willing to help. I v travelled more than 50 countries, stayed in I don't know how many hotels. She is the worst, not one of, but the worst. Her response to my every question is " this is not my responsibility, I v not been to the apartment, don't ask me, why don't you look for it in the room."

Review 13：Big appartment, with a view on the old Jewish cementery. The location is perfect for visiting the city, close to restaurants, the city centre and shops. The apartment is roomy, nice to rest after a long day of sightseeing. The bed is huge (the matress is a little soft). The bathroom is large enough. The kitchen has everything you need. Nice to have a Nespressomachine! We arrived at 10 in the morning and we could get in the apartment right away! The girl at the office was really helpfull and welcoming.

Review 14：the smell from the bathroom. had to check in after 6pm and was apartments are walking distance from hotel. which is almost true, but its a 15-20 min walk and with a bag its not very pleasant. do not trust the huge discount of price.

Review 23：The staff have been very helpful as we forgot some valuables and they sent them on to us. The location is perfect for the old town and Charles bridge. You're located in a lovely,safe area of Prague with many restaurants and bars close by.

Review 24：Cleaning service should on a daily basis check the facilities in the apartments. Otherwise, one may find, like we did, that mirror lamps in the bathroom are not working, likewise some electrical sockets in the living room. Breakfast option offered by MyHouse Apartmentsisnot convenient, since the cafe is 10 min of fast walk from the apartment and the breakfast offered by the cafe is very scarce.

Review 28：We loved every moment of our trip! We paid extra for the airport transfers which was great and hassle free. The driver also gave us a little tour of Prague before getting to our apartment. We got an upgrade to a bigger apartment which was located right at the town square! Albeit, it was so quiet within the apartment. Very clean (cleaned every day) and very well maintained. The apartment could not be more perfectly situated for all of the attractions, just a 2 minute walk from the Old Town Square, 5 from Charles Bridge, 15 to the Castle. It is bright and modern and cleaned daily. The team will also organise your private taxi transfers to and from the airport. Could not fault any part of our MyHouse Apartments experience, a huge thank you for making our stay so amazing.

Review 34：The location right near the old Jewish cemetery with easy access to old town, the river, and more. The afraid we're very communicative before and during my stay. They walked me to the apartment pointing out a a good spot for coffee and a market. The deluxe apartment was large, comfortable and spacious. The staff even helped me arrange a taxi transfer and was quick to all my email questions.

Review 36：Comfortable, causy, clean and full of facilities. Very very central location. 5 minutes to all major locations in Prag. Very quiet part of Prag which is very important after a long walking tour. Our apartment was Beethoven (4th floor) and there wasn't any elevator. However, we had to climb the stairs two times per day which is manageable. The company's airport transport was also excellent and on time in both ways. Check-in was handled in a different hotel reception. However, since we had the transport service they dropped us to the apartment after the check-in. All together their service was excellent from booking to check-out.

Review 37：Although not the fault of the myhouse team, the apartment above us sounded like they were moving furniture 24/7. It was quite annoying.

Review 41：Only negative for the luxury suite is that there is no elevator to get to the top. It is approximately 90 steps up the staircase, but you get good views of the Jewish cemetery on the way up.

Review 42：This was the perfect location for our 4-night Prague stay. Walking distance to the sights and good restaurants, never had to buy a train ticket because location was so convenient. Double windows allow complete peace and quiet. Apartment was very clean and safe. Easy and quick check-in and our host, Eva, spoke excellent English and was very professional. She also recommended restaurants and provided directions when needed. The apartment provides shampoo, conditioner, and soap free of charge for the first night. Daily apartment cleaning and fresh towels was nice. Would highly recommend this place to others.

Review 57：Spacy apartment at the heart of Prague, near to the central square with the clock and many other monuments at a walking distance. The apartment had a huge and comfortable bed and all the equipement for preparing a breakfast/meal and for a pleasant staying. We fully recommend this place.

Review 58：It would have been nice to know that you only receive toiletries on the first day. I would have packed differently. Also, the 1 bedroom apt isn't quite as advertised. E.g., no dining or sitting area. It was essentially a hotel room; not an apartment.

Review 60：Since we arrived past 6 pm, we had to check in at a hotel. The girl who recieved us was poorly trained & could not really give us accurate information. A difficult key and a just fallen name board, prevented us to find & access the appartment. It took us more than 3 hours and a 30 min international phone call to the hot line of booking to get things moving.

Review 76：Tv in the bedroom didn't work (bit didn't really miss it)... Price a bit high, but ok considering what you get. (watch out for the "offers" with previous "normal" prices 5-6 times higher....)

I got it back almost before I knew it was gone. These people definitely understand how customer service works. Review 99：Nothing, it really suited our type of travel. If you generally rely on a reception desk to plan your sightseeing or make dinner reservations on your behalf this may not be the property for you. We found the staff great and helpful, but there is not a reception desk at the property, however it is at a nearby property.

Review 100：Great location, we were able to walk to all sites we wanted to visit. Kitchen facilities were really good. Great for independent travellers, once you check in, as it is an apartment, you are left to your own devices, there a couple of supermarkets close by.

Tiny European hotel rooms are prison cells compared to ourspacious "Rubino" apartment in MyHouse. We told her we were celebrating our anniversary and she was so gracious to leave us a card and a bottle of champagne the next day. She made our staying so special! The location could not be better, right at Old Town Square, within easy walking distance to all the main attractions. We were in the heart of the old town. It was a great feeling to be walking everywhere, and staying in a great location in a building that was secure. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had a kitchenette, a dining area/living room, separate bedroom, and a washing machine. I would definitely recommend staying with My House Apartments when visiting Prague. Review 125：Only minor things for the Rubino appartment: would have liked to have a coffeemaking machine and additional pillows for the bed. Interior design misses a bit of a personal touch, adding a plant would do nicely.

Review 129：You should be aware there is no sitting room, only a small lounge in the bedroom and some hard stools in the kitchen. Also be aware that it is four floors up and no lift - quite a climb. The kitchen is minimally equipped but not a problem as you are in such a great area for restaurants.

Review 130：Loved the location of this apartment in Maiselova St in the old Jewish quarter. Great views from the windows of the Jewish cemetery and the synagogue. Quick walk to Old Town square and the river. Security in the block was excellent. Welcomed by the manager of the apartment and shown everything I needed to know.
