Review 1：the hotel heating is based on AC, hence we were cold, nonetheless upon request staff gave as an electric heater. the breackfust could be better

Review 3：It is not a hotel but a flat/guest house with 6 rooms. Breakfast is rather simbolic and is served in your own room. Situated on a narrow street, allows parking for 2, 3 cars, at most.

Review 12：We couldn't get into the hotel as it was locked & had to wait 26 minutes for someone to come & let us in. No facility to make a drink which we were unhappy about. The wifi needed a password which we didn't have so couldn't use it.

Review 14：Veliko Turnova. We arrived as indicated to the host prior to arrival however no one there. We think a neighbour was asked to ring him as he arrived after a few minutes. He didn't speak English and seemed disinterested in trying to communicate at all except for the word money and not possible. The room is nice with a view from the bacony and in a great location. Bathroom is very well appointed with nice tiles and decor however the shower is not contained and water goes all over the floor leaving the bathroom very slippery (I don't understand this). A real negative for us was no tea/coffee making kettle & cups. We had our own coffee. No fridge to keep a cool drink or glass of wine. We did the extra for breakfast...don't bother it's a joke and an insult 4 tiny bits of dry toast, 2 half filled thimble sized paper cups with luke warm coffee (no milk no sugar) & one day a piece of cheese not day piece of salami and third some egg on one plate. To his credit the owner did book us a taxi for us morning of departure.
Review 15：Location was good. Apartment nice but unable to enjoy it as no coffee making facicities, tv, Fridge, Cups glasses or anthing. Nice view as long as you didnt linger too long. Couldn't wash clothes. It was if owners were frightened you might enjoy your stay.
Review 16：There's no real desk or person to check you in. There's a guy who is sometimes around, and if you don't speak Bulgarian (or Spanish interestingly enough) then good luck working with him. The check in/check out needs to be a bit more professional.

Review 31：There is no reception and if you need something after you have paid in advance the whole amount of the accomodation /the owner has requested it/, there is nobody to help you. The price the owner has requested was different from this one we had in the booking.com reservation!!! It was not big difference but the impression was horrible. The owner did not know we have reserved accomodation with breakfast and the hotel did not have a space where you can have a breakfast! The possibility to choose breakfast was not correct in booking.com. Will not visit again.
Review 32：The location is very good, the rooms are clean and have everything necessary - hair drayer, TV, nice furniture.
Review 33：1. The hotel is located on a very narrow street (Gurko Street) and the space where you can park your car is very limited. Houses have roofs that cover part of the street, so in winter there is a real risk to fall pieces of snow/ice on your car.2. The owner/administrator speaks extremely poor english. Extremely. 3. Beware when traveling in cold season (autumn/winter) !! One room is heated with an AC unit, but this unit can't heat the bathroom as well. There is no radiator or stove in the room, neither in the bathroom. The other room has only an oil based radiator, and a very small unit to heat the bathroom, based on heated air jet. It can't heat the whole bathroom. 4. All heating appliances I mentioned above were turned off when we arrived at the hotel, and it took some time to heat up the rooms, especially the room heated with the oil radiator. 5. Breakfast is a joke, better make the booking withou breakfast. As breakfast for 2 people we received in a day aprox 100 gr of cheese, 4 slices of bread, 2 cups of something like resembled to coffee, 2 pieces of butter 15-20 gr each and 2 pieces of jam 25-30 gr each. The next day the breakfast was 2 cups of 150 gr each of yogurt and 2 slices of pastry (some kind of cheese pastry) - very oily and cold. Probably one can't expect more from a 0.5 Eur breakfast / per person. 6. The ashtray wasn't cleaned during our 4 nights stay. 7. The garbage bin wasn't emptied during our 5 days stay. 8. The view over Yantra river is ok, but nothing special. 9. The water heating system is limited, if one person takes a longer shower, the one that follows takes the risk to wash it's hair with ICE COLD water (and rememeber the bathrooms are POORLY heated).
