Review 1：Excellent food (all inclusive - 4 meals a day and drinks all day), private beach, rooms being cleaned every day, modern furniture, the hotel had a lot of flowers and plantations made it look stunning. There was playground for kids, inside swimming pool and gym.

Review 2：Not big enough parking lot, the restaurant area is also not big enough, the TV is small and the signal was awful, the WiFi was not good, the safe box in the room costed additional charge

Review 4：I had to park in the sand as there was no parking space available and my car got stuck. The receptionist at check-in barely spoke any english (on a few words basics). The bar personnel seamed to speak fluid english compared to the receptionist that ckecked us in. The food was appalling and barely edible. I got sick from it and had to check out early. (They said it was a virus from the sea water...)

Review 5：The hotel looks good, its location is excellent, but the parking is a real problem in high season.

Review 6：The area of the resort is too small for the number of rooms (small courtyard and swimming pool). Insufficient parking space. I think a person would be required to oversee food hall, to identify promptly the termination of dishes or cutlery absence.

Review 7：I appreciated most the excellent beach sand. The rooms are clean and have a nice design. The food is tasty and varied (I spent only 3 days, yet).

Review 8：- tiny pool - appaling wi-fi, worst I have encountered in years - location which requires a taxi to get everywhere - getting charged for literally everything if you don't have all-inclusive (including lounges at the hotel beach section) - almost no entertainment available at or around the hotel - also note that 90%+ of hotel guests are there with children so would certainly not recommend this to anyone looking for a peaful time at the pool or beach

Review 10：very small restaurant.If you catch a rain you will not have a place to eat, as many tables are outside. to few sun beds on the beach, although there is enough space!!! If you go there in high season, for sure you will stay on the sand, as many put there towels on the sun beds and come to the beach after 5-6 hours. No fresh fish, no sea food. breakfast the same every day. Be careful in the evening on the beach there are huge bees and they could hunt you.

Review 14：We stayed ten days in this lovely childfriend hotel and we have only good things to say about it. The food was good and the beach was magnificent! Big thanks for the friendly staff who made us feel welcome and was always ready to help us. Especially to Balasca from the front desk , Denitza from the bar and the maid who prepared our room every day with a nice surprise in it!

Review 15：Difficult to find, tucked back off road with no signs. No disabled parking made it hard for our parents.Noisy fridges. Little soundproofing. Beach-bar blasted out music so couldn't talk. Site generally not great for disabled. More a hotel for 'young' or families. Definately not 4* or value for money.

Review 16：Rooms were spacious but tired. Breakfast was good. Lovely gardens. Reception staff were efficient. Traveled with two other couples, including elderly disabled parents and although the booking was 'last minute' we were placed close to each other on the ground floor. Beach just across the dunes with board-walk access.

Review 19：Smell of mould inside the room, Missing siphon inside the baths, bad smells are coming from the neighbours, A rat was found into the room next to us, We had to pay for umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach because we were not on all inclusive, The animation for children was mainly in german, missing service for Bulgarians! Only a dirt road is existing near to the hotelis, Poor animation overall, A cleaning lady was passing with the vacuum cleaner in the public areas during the noon nap (2 - 4 pm)

Review 21：Taxis required to Sozopol expensive. Bfast was poor as none to little healthy and not catered for British. Coffee & juice from machine tasted awfull. Internet connectivity poor. Swimming pool too small for size of hotel. Had to pay to use safe!! Staff need to learn more English. Gardens and buildings need to be more maintained. Bathroom basic. Its more of a 2 star plus hotel. For the same money we stayed in a 5* hotel central Sofia, so defo overpriced.
