Review 1：booked studio with couch, after complaining got what we booked... bad quality sheets and bed. very slow service in the lobby bar and restaurant and expensive. In house ski school for kids very disorganised!

Review 7：We had only breakfast during our stay, the variety of food was totally ok, but as we were only few guests (I think may be 20) they served again and again the same food :( , which they packed the day before... So what shall I say about the freshness of it? The pool was big, not suitable for kids, who can not swim. And cold, for the jacuzzy you need to pay, that is ok and very warm.

Review 8：The location of the hotel was not far from the center of Borovec, it was not noisy and great for taking a rest.

Review 9：Very bad service; when we arrived there was no available parking spaces; no WiFi password in the rooms, even no telephone number for the reception ! Problems with the registration, holding ID cards until payment, problems with payment (especially with cards). Rooms - 2 stars, breakfast - 3 stars .

Review 14：Amazing location and lots of places to visit and see around the hotel. Its quiet and its the perfect place to relax having jacuzi at your fingertips as well as swimming pool and a lot more facilities you can use while you stay. I really recommend it.

Review 19：No bad experiences. I suppose because I was in the far wing it was a bit of a trek to get to the room so it would be better to be in the main block. But I presume and rightly so this costs more, so no complaints at all.

Review 20：Very reasonably priced, great location (close to slopes and ski hire, ski school (use Balkan PMS/Hunters). Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Annie on reception. Facilities good, swimming pool and sauna great to relax and unwind after a days skiing. What was brilliant though was the massage room, Orla and Alex were brilliant. Recommend the mixed massage to take away the aches and pains from a hard days skiing.

Review 21：Hassel free stay. WiFi worked well even in room. Very close to main shopping / eating areas and very close to slopes. Could not fault my stay. Value for money. Will use again for sure.

Review 51：- shouldn't leave your plate at the breakfast unattended for a moment as the staff would take it away - we came for breakfast at 9:25, it was more or less looted, had to ask for bread, plates... - the lady at the reception was completely rude (there was a rally that Sunday in Borovets) as we asked if it is possible to leave the parking we had to check-out); at first she "didn't know", then she said she was "going to call" someone LATER, after I insisted she called someone just to tell us that we can't leave the premises before 1430H. I asked her if she gave us wrong info, she said yes, we got perfunctory "I apologize". However, we were able to leave anyway as the information she gave us was wrong. I was in this hotel before, it was OK. This time it was not worth it. Not worth 4 star!

Review 102：The parking guard kept questioning us every time we are trying to parkthe car (why don't they keep a list of guests' cars?!). Wirelessinternet is very badly setup and has endless errors (sometimes workssometimes not, randomly, either on laptop or on mobile phone) - Irecommend them to hire a specialist to remake the setup of theirrouters. It was a constant and annoying struggle to get online(restarting routers & all). Twin Rooms do not look like 4 stars, itis actually a 3 stars room (shower with textile curtain!).
