Review 1：The staff was horrible.

Review 2：A nondescript place in a socialist concrete block. A good chioce if youare in transit to or from Romania as it is close to the bridge and easyto find driving from it. But it is not in walking disatnce from thecenter, so if you want to do something in Ruse, find another place.

Review 4：Although, we mentioned the bikes in the reservation, the lady at the reception was uncooperative. We left but the manager ran outside after us. We was very pleasant and we were able to take the bikes in the room with us. So, I'll call this a plus. We did find towels in the room, not the large ones, medium, but ok. Conclusion: For a budget stay, it's more than good enough. Also, there's air conditioning, tv and a fridge. And in the lobby there's a coffee

Review 5：Personnel don't speak English and they are not helpful. Bathroom is not so clean and very small. The rooms are also very small.

Review 7：The place was described as a 3 star hotel and it was a 1* separate rooms.On the fire evaquation table it said - students accomodation. It was relatively clean and and there was hot water. Other than than that - no towels,the tiniest soap you could imagine and not even a glass to pour a drink in.The lady at the reception in stead of a good morning greet asked me what I wanted. For the amount of money I paid I would have hired a students accomodation for 2 weeks probably.

Review 8：MAYBY THE WORST STAFF IN THE WORLD. THE ELEVATOR WAS NOT WORKING AND OUR ROOM WAS IN THE 7TH FLOOR.

Review 21：It was a bit far from the city centre (20-30 mins walk) and from the railway/bus station (around 1hr walk).

Review 23：Not very clean. The staff even though was ok, none of them spoke english which made it hard for us to communicate with them. The cleaning lady down the hall was listening to the TV on a high volume which was disturbing in the morning.
