Review 1：Housekeeping in the corridor leading to my room was disappointing.
Review 2：Room was nice and comfortable and bar and dining areas were welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Review 3：Hotel and town centre was 15 minute walk from the railway station and although there was a bus terminus at the station the service was infrequent.

Review 6：The hotel provides a room in the basement to store bicycles in a safe, covered environment. There is plenty of car parking space both outside and in the basement of the hotel (with a €5 per night charge). Sitting in the courtyard on a warm summer's evening with a drink was a very pleasant experience. Eating breakfast in the courtyard was very nice too.
Review 7：It was a difficult to find the hotel. That would be helpful if you put the GPS navigation address in the web-site.

Review 9：I particularly liked the fact that there was an empty refrifgerator in the room, which you could fill from a shop by the reception, at very reasonable prices (or with your own drinks). The hotel also served excellent meals, and had a 24/7 bar. Plenty of free parking immediately next to the hotel!

Review 12：A very modern. comfortable hotel close to the centre of Oudenaarde. Extensive free parking outside but the underground garage is only 5 euros per day. Liked the walk in shower and heated bathroom mirror. Nice healthy selection for breakfast. Cyclist friendly hotel.

Review 26：The wifi login I was given did not work. I reported this but was just told that it 'should work' (rather than to try and resolve). I was told to use the Basic 'non resident' login which gives a very slow 256k speed - which was extremely slow. Other than that, everything was good

Review 30：The restaurant was poor in regards to dinner. As yet there is no 'chef' and staff seem to double up as receptionists and chefs preparing easy to make or heating ready made meals. This will apparently improve with time and this current situation is interim. I hope this improves as it is the only down side to the new hotel - apart from the fact it is still being constructed - ie underground parking facilities, gardens etc with ensuing disruption.

Review 67：The hotel was still being constructed! We had a painter come into the room to inspect the walls twice and there were brick dust and plaster across the carpets in the hall way. There was hammering and drilling whilst we were there which started at 07:30! We had to move the car out of the car park as they were digging it up a few hours into our stay.

Review 69：Still under construction and awakened by the sounds of hammer drills, TV in room next door was like being in same room, Delux King room was small both in bed size & room size, bathroom was actually a wet room where everything got wet including toilet with no place to put toiletries or a towel by sink. Buffet breakfast was a big let down with almost no food remaining at 8:45 and not re-stocked.
