Review 1：No water the first day, WiFi only worked intermittently making it difficult to work. No bar or restaurant as advertised. I'll find another hotel to work from next time in Santa Cruz

Review 2：Friendly staff, decent location, comfortable but dated facility. Room and bathroom were clean. Nice breakfast but no other food service

Review 3：The administration in my opinion was poor. On Sunday Nov/29/2015 the hotel had issues with the water supply. They solved the tap water within a few hours but the toilet didn't work for the entire day and until the next day afternoon when we checked out. We had to flush the toilet with a bucket. I wish they told us that the issue was not going to be solved soon so we would had found another place for the remaining time of our trip.
