Review 1：This is a great hotel. Its not on a busy street, plenty of parking and very hospitable staff. There are breathtaking views from any balcony. We will definitely stay here again and again

Review 2：Great for rest - during all day its may be hearing only waves.Very kindly staff . Fresh products, well talented chef for domestic dishes. Night views and sounds of sea are unique - absolute relax.

Review 3：We got wrong room when we arrived. And we had to work a lot in order to get the kind of room we had ordered. From the third night we got a very good room.

Review 4：Unique location with excellent sea views from the balcony and the clean and lovely outdoor pool. It was very relaxing to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. The hotel has an optimal location close to everything, beaches, restaurants, bars etc. Good breakfast except for the coffee. We bought our own Nescafe.

Review 5：The room was dusty. The towels wasnt changed at all for 3 days. WiFi was slow. The "gym" have almost nothing - 2 dumbels around 20kg each and 1 bicycle. All other are out of order. Pos terminal was out of order too.

Review 7：The room states it has a kitchenette but this was not equipped with a kettle or any pans or cutlery so even though there was a hob and oven these couldn't be used.

Review 8：The hotel sits right on a bluff overlooking the sea so you sleep to the sound of waves. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is just a short walk to the old town of Sozopol as well as many restaurants and bars.

Review 9：Specific instructions on how to find this hotel would be helpful. Our sat-nav was useless and the printed map wasn't much better. But then again who could have predicted that the whole of Odessa Street is called "38 Odessa Street".

Review 10：The location was very good although rather difficult to find. Staying here at the end of the season (when virtually empty) did not show this hotel in its best light. But, excellent evening meal and a good breakfast.

Review 11：Unique location, excellent conditions for an unforgettable vacation (splendid view of the sea, large well furnished rooms, beautiful outdoor pool, only 5 to 10 minutes walk to the beach). Good restaurant and a top floor piano bar. A special mention for the stuff, always at their best.

Review 14：The location of the hotel was perfect, just 5 minutes walk from two beaches and restaurants and still quiet and relaxing. It is right at the sea and all the views from the hotel are stunning. The swimming pool is fantastic and very fun to take pictures. The rooms are really specious, clean and have everything you may need. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. We arrived at 6 am in the hotel and they had prepared our room early so we can rest after the long trip.

Review 37：There was no dark curtain to prevent the early morning sun from shining too brightly in the room. The wi-fi was sometimes a bit weak.

Review 38：It's a lovely hotel right on the coast. It's in the "new" Sozopol, however still very close to the old town. From one side of the hotel one can see the old town beach and from the other side the new town beach. The hotel swimming pool is great to be used in the morning and early afternoon. Room with sea view was simple, however comfortable and relatively new. There were a few free parking spots right next to the entrance of the hotel. Restaurant/reception staff was nice.

Review 39：We had a 6 night stay 7th-13th June. All staff went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as they could especially Nia who helped us many times but especially with directions to the PODA nature reserve, writing instructions for the bus driver in Bulgarian asking him to stop at the appropriate place. We had a beautiful balcony looking out over the Black sea where we watched Dolphins daily. Every morning we ate breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea. Breakfast was included and cooked to order. There was a choice of set breakfasts, but when there were more guests in the hotel there was a simple/adequate, continental style buffet. Nia made sure our WiFi connection was good in our room. There is a beautiful outdoor Infinity swimming pool. The hotel is a short walk from the centre of town, beaches and many places to eat and drink. which are not expensive. The morning of our departure, because we had to catch an early bus, we were provided with a packed breakfast.

Review 40：the pool was not open as it was too early in the season, and we had specifically booked a hotel with a pool, The staff had not got instruction there were 5 of us so the fifth bed was not ready. Access to the balcony was through the bedrooms so the fifth person was reticent to use it.
