Review 1：They had sold my room. Had to stay in a smoking room. All my clothes need to go to dry cleaners. It didn't feel good sleeping there.

Review 3：There were mice in the walls. We called to complain and they didn'tcare and were fully booked so said no room to switch and no refund ordeal. We talked with suprivsor the next day who did not seemed phasedwith our story and would not credit ys or do anything.

Review 5：The check-in clerk told me I would get the receipt for my cash payment at checkout. I informed him I was checking out in the middle of the night. He assured me there was no problem. The night clerk wouldn't give me a printed receipt and I had him phone someone at 3:30 a.m. to straighten this out. His supervisor said they don't give receipts for cash. I had the young man give me a hand written one with the company stamp on it. What a hassle.

Review 7：Very old dated rooms, filthy dirty carpets, sheets not changed on beds,rooms dirty, paint peeling. If I could have found differentaccommodations I would have moved to them.

Review 9：Breakfast, muffins had a bitter taste to them. Door frame damaged, made us uncomfortable. Maids upped the fridge temperature and by the time we got back our pop and my Insulin was frozen.

Review 10：Good location to North Red Deer, which is the area we needed to be in. Maids did well in room even though we only asked for towels, they made up the room and even vacummned.

Review 11：The room was really dirty. Lots of shady characters outside the room. I am pretty sure they never even changed the sheets from the last guest.

Review 13：Window frames are very mouldy, fridge is rusty and the rooms could use a fresh look or updating and they are in much-need of repairs!

Review 14：There was a big snow storm and it was nice that the staff was shovelling the stairs and in front of the rooms doors, however they could have taken the extra 30 seconds to clear the snow off the handrails for people having to go up and down the stairs.

Review 15：People upstairs parked in front of the room when they were suppose to park in the centre. I have difficulty walking so needed to be close to the room.

Review 16：Room was clean the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful when we called to see where morel was located.

Review 17：I informed front desk there was no hot water.....they replied that they had new hot water tank(s) installed and to let it run for 15 mins. I tried but nothing. Told this to the front desk when I checked out and they didn't seem to care. If you want to wash up in the sink in the morning and save a buck then stay here....otherwise don't bother.

Review 19：I feel the rooms could be a little more cleaner it was dusty and the corners of room on the floor were not clean they had been missed quite a few times. The fridge has been unplugged and the door shut instead of being left open which left an unpleasant odor in the fridge.

Someone had wrote a review that they will over charge if they have a chance , I second that !!! Wouldn't stay again . Pay $50 more stay somewhere nicer .

Review 32：First when I booked this room online it was fir 54.00$ When I got to the room I was charged $75.00 The room it's self was a dump.... The lamp shades were old and torn , there was crayon marks on the stucco walls, the bathtoom door were there was once a hole had drywall tape that couvered the hole. The bathroom had no towel rack , the tub had cigarette burns along side of tub. Single ply toilet paper, the vent in the bathroom had never been cleaned, The shower curtain had burns in it. The sides of the tub had burns on it.

Review 36：We booked the room for 7 nights we arrived there on Friday at 1 am and we didn't get to bed until 2 am the housekeeping tried to get in our room at 10 am not even a knock on the door so on sat am I talked to front deft told them we didn't need a housekeeper until mon am they tried to get in out room in sat pm then on sun night we were in our room relaxing and two guys with a key to our room tried to get in not impressed we checked out on Monday and booked another place we will never stay there again we didn't feel safe at all

Review 37：my fridge wouldnt go cold, I found toblerone under the bed, a reeses wrapper, brown smear stains on the blanket, the radiator was hanging there with exposed wires. There were a few more things too.

Review 38：Upon arrival we were told we couldn't pay with cash without putting a $200 credit card deposit down also, not a hold, but an actual deposit that they would refund in 5-10 business days. The room she gave us had only one hand towel, one facecloth and one big towel, and when I called for more I was told the key to the supply room was misplaced and the maid who had a set wasn't in until 10 the next day.... Really?

Review 46：The rooms are a little run down and if you're looking for well kept, spend the money and go elsewhere. Rooms are kept fairly clean but not spotless. There are no "do not disturb" signs for the door knob and I was woken up by a housekeeper when I decided to sleep in. Baths are discouraged as there are no plugs available.

Review 53：I don't ask for much in a hotel, since I am usually on business and not spending much time in the hotel itself. This hotel does offer a great rate with close amenities and easy access to downtown Red Deer, being on the main road. WiFi is also hassle free here, which is something I find isn't so common in many chain hotels :)

Review 56：I only meant to get some rest for the night and leave in the morning.Too too pricey for the room. If it was $40-50, maybe it'll be ok,but $70???? the standard and quality of it for that price is just notthere. 1) Internet connectivity is... Well, I didn't even get toconnect on it due to very poor signal. 2) Tap water had a little taste3) microwave & fridge was dirty, unpleasant looking and rusted.4)Itchy bed covers, fleece, comforter & blankets. I left feeling soitchy. 5)Washroom: a) although it looks clean, the tub is rusted orstained b) shower curtain is probably clean but looks so dirty andbrownish c) shower heads is filthy!!! D) tub itself is crazy lookingdirty. E) the tile ceiling has to go. It's molded and looks a bitcreepy while taking a shower. Not really healthy specially with all thesteam/moist from the hot water.

Review 60：The carpets were extremely stained and if we hadn't been so tired, we would chosen to find a different place to stay. There was also a definite stale smell, which was somewhat erased by Febreeze, provided by the front desk clerk. When we went to breakfast at 8:00 am, there was no fruit or yogurt or anything except dry cereal and toast. That was also a dissappointment for us. We won't stay there again.
