Review 1：Location is a bit far from railway station, needs to take Bus 1 or Bus 6 to hotel.
Review 2：Hotel is quite new,all facilities are new and comfortable. Location is easy for Shopping. As a shopping mall and a supermarket COOP are under the hotel building.

Review 14：Very Helpful staff. Maitre d' was superb and the food excellent. Big room that seems hard to find in Chur, which definitely compensated for the position. Having said that, a bus regularly left from outside the hotel for downtown in 5 mins.

Review 47：The entrance to the car park is not obvious - there is a sign with "P - Hotel" and an arrow, but it is pointing to the area for drop off, not the actual car park, which you have already passed. Once you get in to the car park, there are spaces reserved for the hotel, but again this is not very clear/indicated in advance.

Review 52：The flexible stalks of reading lamps in the room were flabby, threatening to get under your head instead of the pillow. In a rather bizarre fashion, their switches were on the bed headboard, so it was rather difficult to avoid turning the lights on, while you did not need them, reading in bed.

Review 55：I selected the hotel for its fitness room, but it was fully computerized and they had only chip cards for people high 170 - 175 cm. The selection at breakfast was poor and the 2nd day the staff did not even serve coffee and a can of hot milk. The area is a shopping and small business area, not good for leisure.

When travelling with a car it is easily accessible from the motorway, and there's free parking in a separate section of the parking garage shared with the shopping centre. The room key (card) is used for entering and exiting the parking, so it's best to make a stop outside on the street before checking in, to get the room key so that you can use it to park.

Review 61：As are most Swiss hotels, this was very neat and clean. It wassurprisingly spacious and felt very new. The bathroom with rain-headshower was excellent. Breakfast was good, with a variety of meats,breads, juices, yogurts and even eggs. WiFi worked well.NOTE: I had never been to Chur, and chose it because it was the half-way point on my drive from Germany to Italy. The town is more commercial that you might expect. In fact, the hotel is in a very modern commercial district, and is attached to a shopping mall that has a full grocery store. This was actually convenient for picking up a few things I needed. It is not a high tourist area, so you get to mix and mingle with the work-a-day locals.
