Review 1：Hotel made a blocking in my Credit Card, this one I wasn't noticed not even offered with an apology, it made me very angrybto find out an operation was done in my credit card without my approval

Review 2：The hotel can be noisy on account of the tiled floors and air ducts in the bathrooms. The wifi was unreliable. It is a long walk to the city centre.

Review 3：The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is cool and contemporary - a great boon in the tropical climate of Santa Cruz.

Review 13：The room is too small, and the room cleaning work was not doing well, the worest feeling is the bed even not have a quilt, what they have I think it is just a cloth or fabric which not cleaned for period, because I found different color hairs on the quilt.

Review 16：The staff could not have been more helpfull band several spoke english making life easier! Breakfasts good and reasonable all day meals available. Many shops nearby and true city centre about a 15 minute walk away.

Review 20：Located on walking distance (15 min) from the central plaza. Recent building, well equipped and clean. Breakfast is good, compared to other places in Bolivia. The staff is friendly and helpful, but there is not always someone who speaks English. Excellent internet connection.
