Review 1：They put on my room number a lot of bills without my signature and at the end they showed me about 50 bills without my signature in bulgarian without understanding a thing and they told me .... you have to pay all ... I have to mention that I had also 20 -25 bills with my signature but the rest ...... I was in a hurry so I paid all .... the bar was closing at 10 pm in all nights ... the breakfast at 9:50 was closed though the timing was until 10 AM ... and many more ....

Review 2：One thing missing was baby sitting service for the kid from 0 to 3 years. Pool table was horrible, would advise the management to invest in a proper pool table and may be a table tennis table. There were no board games for the night time in lobby.

Review 3：Everything. A world class hotel. Immaculate rooms, extremely friendly and professional staff. Very good spa, pool was small but warm and wouldn't expect a big one in a ski resort :) Comfortable lobby, good food, nice playing area for the kids. I will definitely be back. Had issues with bank payment but the manager was extremely nice and provided me with everything necessary to fix it in a very polite way. Overall I am extremely positively surprised.

Review 6：Water in the pool was cold especially for my 3 years old daughter. Hotel should provide neoprene suits. The room was stuffy and very hot. If you do not skiing Borovets itself is quite boring.

Review 8：We booked a studio with one room and we took a triple bed room instead. Additioanaly they ask for extra(almost dubble price) money at the reception because we were 3 persons and not a family(2 adults and 2 children) as they said ,so we had to cancel our booking and leave the hotel next morning.

Review 9：There was a problem with the booking on booking.com - we ended up with a smaller room than we paid for.... and the hotel could not refund. When I went to check out, the staff person offered late, late check out to make up for it. She said nothing about a problem with the payment. When we came back to leave keys and go... she accused us of trying to leave without paying. We had no idea what she was talking about as booking.com confirmed payment. Apparently, there was a problem on their end with booking.com - not a problem. But she treated us like criminals and made the situation so awkward. I was treating a friend to the weekend and it was very uncomfortable. We had a good time but it left a bad taste. I think the staff should learn how to interact with customers - she was immediately suspicious and lived up to every stereotype of communist, soviet authoritarian nastiness

Review 10：the hotel is nice, new, clean and has a decent spa. The Jacuzzi is plastic and not so nice, but the sauna was good. The room was nice size, comfortable bed, and the hotel was a short shuttle from the slopes.

Review 11：It is a little bit far from the ski slopes, however there is a small bus going every 15 min, and is for free The swimming pool is small and the water is cold!

Review 13：The hotel staff is always ready to help. The pool is always working. The restaurant is above the median for the hotels in the area. This has become our favorite for quick trips for the weekend.

Review 19：The temperature in the SPA (sauna, Jacuzzi, pool) was not enough for a SPA. Please, talk to staff to increase the temp and they will help.

Review 24：We had only one small remark for the spa area. It is not well separated from the ground floor, where the conference rooms were, there is just a transparent door between. It will be great, if the area is more insulated, ex. with a non-transparent door. Otherwise it feels strange, when suited guys are walking through the corridor, while one jumps in and out of the sauna.

Review 25：We visited the resort Borovets in the summer for four days for hiking in Rila and the surroundings. There were only few guests in the hotel and everything was calm and relaxing. The staff was very friendly on every occasion. The rooms are very comfortable and large. The ambience is new and fresh, and not too pretentious as in some old hotels of the same class. Overall the hotel has a great value for the money. Keep in mind, that we visited it in the summer season.

Review 26：I called the spa on the second day to ask for a massage, and I was told by the Spa reception that massage lady "went to the town" so if I could call later, it would be better. Never called again. The wifi had some troubles, we had to call several times for that.

Review 27：The staff is the kundest in the entire Borovets! I've tried 3 différent hôtels before this one, nowhere people were that nice. The fireplaces in the lobby bar and in our apartment were just great, at the end even they have to work on some small details, we were very confortable there, which is very important if you travel with 2years old kid:)

Review 35：Cleaning is not their strong point. Only towels were changed daily. The bathroom was not clean and the sheets were not changed at all during the holidays. I think it's a general problem in bulgarian hotels. I stayed to the seaside in a 4 star hotel and I had the same problem with cleanliness.

Review 45：Elevator is so slow its useless. Staff were inexperienced, had to chase housekeeping for clean towels. Table clothes in the restaurant were stained, pretty disgusting.

Review 49：Very modern hotel tucked in a quiet location near the old centre of Borovets. Nicely furnished and spacious rooms offering all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi connection in all areas. Large LCD TV with a variety of channels. The food in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Radina's Way to anyone visiting Borovets.

Review 50：1. bad manner of receptionist(her), exept her others were not bad. when I paid money, she showed a specific policy that I have not heard about it from another hotels and website in Booking.com. of course, if its policy was not from her but from the owner,the hotel should be responsible from the manner. I am not sure the source of the bad manner. When I left from hotel after checking out, I was upset a little. then I sat down in sofa to check e-mail, I was upset more severily while receptionists(man and waman-28th Dec 11:00) were talking and laughing loudly in Bulgarian. we are 2 adults and 3 children(9,7,3). I made a reservation for 2 adults and 2 children as I made previously . When I paid money, they confirmed my credit card and asked my signature without saying exact money, but when I saw bills, the amount was more than I thought. so, I asked why I paid more amount than I made a reservation. (I must wait for a long time) some times later,,,, the money was for my youngest son(3 years old)-17.5 euro per night. but this price was not showed in notice in website. during this conversation they made me upset a little. the problem is not money but bad manner. and I told them I would write down in here, they answered me "no problem" I want this hotel to show their policy in website(booking.com). I want receptionist in Radina to be polite like other hotelians. Today, 5 days after, their bad manner made me write down
