Review 1：Not recommended during the summer. The hotel is serving a goup of dieters of one Bulgaian terapist and all restaurants and bars are closed.

Review 4：Some things seem to have been made with a grandeur idea in mind but are not so well maintained. Clean sheets and bedding but wouldn't say so about the restaurant table covers, where I had to remove hairs from the cloth napkins. The restaurant looks a bit old-style, the tables shabby and messy. The breakfast choice was kind of limited. Quality fruits were missing at all. The worst was the cockroach in the Spa zone. It doesn't feel comfortable after seeing it compete with you on the walk to the Thermal Bath.

Review 5：Perfect location - away from the crowded Borovets center, walking distance from Yastrebetz ski slope. Wide rooms, wide bed, tasty food at dinner. Kind service.

Review 6：Restaurant was a joke for a 5 stat hotel. Poor food quality and choice. Poor service. They served the leftovers from dinner for New Years Brunch. Just pathetic:(

Review 8：The food in the restaurant was at very low level. The pieces of wood for the fireplace were very wet and we couldn't manage to keep the fire. The SPA centre is not very impressive. I expected much more from this hotel, especially for such high price that we paid. I'll never visit it again.

Review 10：Absence of the information about working hours of restaurant and spa in the room, should ask bath robes several times, towels with holes in Spa, room is cleaned not regularly, far from central part of Borovets where main slopes, bars and shops situated. I visited my friends in four star hotel nearby Yastrebets. This is ( excluding a little bit small rooms) is really five star hotel. This hotel is five star only about rooms.The service is three star. I think this is the problem of improper management, because the hotel is new and very well build but service is not good enough.

Review 12：First of all they didn't complied with my booking. when i arrived they told me that they made a mistake and they don't have available Junior Suite (what i had booked). I had to accept the double room. Wi-Fi more then half of the time didn't work. Nobody entered in our room for cleaning for 3 days until I found the cleaning lady in the hallway and I dragged her there. Ather day they took the towels and bathrobes but forgot to bring others. Poor staff, not friendly

Review 14：The third day of our stay they turned off the central heating because we were the only guests at the hotel. They could improve the breakfast and the coffee and the quality of the food.

Review 15：Nice spa facilities, warm rooms (when they had the heating on), good location 5 min from yastrebets hotel and the pistes, the staff was very polite and could speak english and greek, good value for money

Review 16：There could have been more vegetarian choice in the breakfast. The restaurant prices are a little expensive for evening meal. and there is no vegetarian choice. We ate across the road at the Rila Park restaurant which is excellent. The cost of 20levs per person for visitors not staying at the hotel is too high.

Review 17：We had a special deal on the price , normally the hotel is very expensive. The bedroom was spacious and the spa facilities very good. The breakfast was adequate for the price we paid. Bar prices are good. Rila Park restaurant across the road is excellent.

Review 18：Not an outstanding breakfast choice; far from Borovets centre with poorconnection (few shuttle buses daily), so you need to use your car if youwant to get there; snow not removed from the parking lot, wi-fi only incommon areas

Review 20：Lack of communication. Almost noone could speak english. Cleanerscleaned the toilet with the towels of the previous day. (Eventhough theychanged the towels, this doesnt mean we wont use them again one day.) 1elevator which has as a result to have a delay on moving along thefloors. In the restaurant there was only 1 toaster with 2 slots for theentire hotel. This caused delay to people toasting their bread. Garagealmost closed on my car since there was no photocell to make it stop.(Garage was closing from the reception without watching if someone wasactually there, this could cause damage to anyone goin through the door)

Review 21：I did enjoy the apartment as it was eventhough I had paid for a doubleroom. There was no double room left so they set me up into anappartment. Food as quality was acceptable (not perfect). Warm rooms.
